We had a great experience at Red Rock Canyon! The food was fantastic from start to finish. We started with the stuffed poblano and calamari, both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For the main course, we ordered the house specialty chicken enchilada platter, and it did not disappoint.
The drinks were just as good, we tried the Temptations and Jam Session, and both were refreshing and well made.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service truly stood out. Our waitress, Kat, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, great food, great service, and a great vibe. Definitely coming back!

The food here is delicious! Well worth a night out, I’ll be going here again. I highly recommend the steak and calamari! The drinks were spot on and the bar was really nice. The atmosphere was good, but it was pretty loud and made conversation difficult. Would recommend sound boards to the people who own this location. Only negative comment I would have was about a hostess, she kept staring at me and my boyfriend (checking us out) but I guess we’ll take it as a compliment.

The staff has always been amazing. But the big draw for this restaurant is the pork chop. It’s drop dead perfect. I cannot express how fantastic it is. The first time we went, I ordered the steak and my guest got the pork chop. After we tried both, we both wanted the pork chop . It’s so good. Highly recommend, if you’re looking to spend ~$30 per person.
Also, we weren’t a big fan of the ice cream sandwich desert thing.

Back in town and had to try this spot. Very nice atmosphere, warm and comforting with friendly service. Nice selection on the menu and great sounding specials. The rotisserie chicken is tender and delicious, no way did I have room for dessert but will get it on the next visit. Excellent cornbread too!

The wait time was excessiveband then kitchen manager explained theybuadnt9 cut more pork chops. The server never explained there would be a wait. Pre bussing never happened. Inrequwated notice and still for ice and my date never got a refill. The glass was dirty and sticky. The server lacked knowledge, any sort of vibrate service or knowledge and was a wet napkin type. When we complained about a sticky stem on a cocktail we were offered to clean the glass ourselves. When we neared the end of dinner I requested my food be fixed and we were made to do this ourselves on a tiny table. There is no sense of hospitality. The food was aggressively salty and I couldn’t finish nit for that reason and the roasted Brussels sprouts had no color and just appeared steamed. We were offered a card for an appetizer on our next visit when they could have just comped the app we had instead. The experience was dismal. The service was some.of then worst I’ve had and a busser would have been more efficient. Serious retraining and leadership is needed soup to nuts. Even thenrestroom has a sink that is non-functional and just drips water. Offering hospitality in the moment with a Holiday cheers of champagne would have been more appropriate an overly salty meat, and potatoes so salty and peppery and a vegetable steamed not roasted at all they were nearly inedible after nearly an hour wait. We were greatly disappointed. The plates are not even wipes cleaned nor placed in from of the guests but auctioned, there were two of us at a two top and zero reason but poor training and no hospitality skills for such a situation. I hope management does a better job of choosing staff and following through with training for hospitality minded staff but instead this all as a failure of management. The kitchen staff does not need to visit a table a manger has not visited.

Stopped in for lunch, sat outside at the bar & it was great! The spinach& artichoke dip was super good & so were the drinks. The dessert was enormous & soooo yummy! Sarah was our server & she was exceptional! The restaurant is huge & has several different seating areas suitable for all occasions.

We went out tonight with our family of three for a holiday dinner before going downtown for a show. We had a 5 PM reservation and when we arrive, we were immediately seated and ordered within 5 to 10 minutes. After that, our food did not come out for probably 40 to 45 minutes. One of our entrées, upon arriving, was lukewarm at best and needed to be sent back to either be remade or warmed up by the time we got that meal back it was time to go in order for us to make it to our show. This was very disappointing and I felt bad for my wife as we were paying the manager came up and asked how things were and I explained to him what it happened and that we had a lukewarm meal that my wife was barely even able to eat before we had to leave. He offered a free dessert which we declined since we had to leave to get to our show. He said I’m sorry and left. He made no effort to discount our bill or take any items off of our bill… he just left. While the food we did get was good enough, the cold meal, and the delay in receiving our food really damp in the vibe in the atmosphere of that part of our evening. I don’t imagine. We’ll be back anytime soon.

Worst experience ever, definitely won’t return. Only food that we enjoyed was the carrots. Chicken was overcooked and dry, corn bread skillet was dry and crumbly, mashed potatoes had so much sour cream they were inedible. Caesar salad was gross and poor vegetable quality. Ribs were just ok. Not worth the price. Service was poor, we had to ask for silverware and never got a refill on water

This is a great restaurant. Good atmosphere. We went in right at 5:30 and were greeted right away. They had a pretty good happy hour available for drinks and appetizers. They have amazing outdoor seating that was well above average. Their crab cake appetizer was so so good. I had another appetizer for dinner, stuffed poblano, and it was ridiculously good and so big. Much large enough for a full entrée with leftovers. I was pretty impressed all around. He had shrimp scampi pasta, it was good too. We will definitely go back.
