Dax was incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful. I mentioned that I was slightly dehydrated, and he diligently refilled my water and kept an eye on it. He was very attentive and regularly asked if I was okay. I ordered red snapper, which was incredibly delicious. The ambiance was also pleasant. Overall, although I visited this place on a day when I was feeling down, it managed to lift my spirits.

All 5 stars go to Audrey!!!! The sweetest waitress and most attentive!!! Hand down the best experience we’ve had with the staff and we come a lot! Fajitas and dessert were amazing. Bran*** behind the bar could work on his customer service skills and attitude. But other than that. We had a great time!

Little citos absolutely blew me away. The food was fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly, but the service is what truly sets this place apart. Managers Craig and Cristian are top tier — professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a great experience for every guest. You can feel the difference in how smoothly everything runs and how welcoming the atmosphere is.
I also have to mention the bartenders — they were so friendly, engaging, and on top of everything that they literally made me want to come back the very next day. Their energy and hospitality took the whole experience to another level.
This location is easily a 5-star spot, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has a great outdoor/patio area, the food was pretty similar to regular Pappasito’s, nothing to rave about. I’ve received much better service and wait time at the pappasitos on Katy freeway and would recommend that location over this one any day. Our waitress either forgot about us or just didn’t want to service us because she was on top of the larger party next to us but kept skipping over us. My husband literally had to ask 3 times just for his drink to be refilled and we were basically already finished with our meal. We never got checked on and we didn’t get offered any dessert, she just brought the check and I infact did want a dessert. I expected the service to be outstanding considering the location but definitely not my experience.
