Redefine Meals provides easy access to healthy food though meal prep. At Redefine, we believe that feeling good starts with what you put in your body. That is why we developed a menu of over 60 balanced, nutrient dense meals that make eating healthy easy, accessible and delicious. Redefine Meals delivers prepared meals to doorsteps throughout Long Island & NYC 4 days a week via our website. We also have 10 grab-and-go store locations in Babylon, Bellmore, Commack, Farmingville, Lake Grove, Holbrook, Patchogue, Port Jeff, Shirley and Syosset.

Great store with healthy premade meals! There are a few Redefine Meals store throughout the island. There were frozen and refrigerated meals with various vegetarian and meat options. I enjoyed the protein + brown rice + veggie options. There are also breakfast, lunch and dinner options!
