Ordered a grilled cheese burger double patty. Confirmed it twice at drive-thru. Then got home saw it was a single. Drove back after I called and they said they’d make a new one. Get home the second time and the bread on the new one isn’t even toasted. I don’t know a single soul that goes to this Hardee’s , so I have no idea how they could have this happen. Not sure what they’re doing back there but it’s never good.

Service is terrible! Waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes! When I finally got to place my order for a cinnamon raisin biscuit, they no longer carry them! What a joke! Why Hardee’s would mess up a classic winner is beyond me! But you have to wait so long to not get what you want is an even bigger waste of time!

We went through drive-thru ordered one of their specials. The drive-thru person was very respectful. We received our meal quickly, everything was hot. The only complaint is there was to much salt on the fries.

Horrible experience this morning, I would give a zero star if I had that option. The difficulty started when trying to place an order at the intercom to a girl who had slurred slow speech and kept repeating incorrectly what I was trying to order, which was simply 2 chicken biscuits. She sounded strung out on drugs and I don’t think she ever entered our order. We waited in line over 35 minutes behind other cars, to get to the window where a guy with a straggly beard asked what we ordered, and then proceeded to try to type something in his computer like our order, wasn’t there. I handed him a $10 bill because the advertisement sign said two biscuits for five dollars mix and match and the girl on the Intercom never gave me a total and neither did he. The guy at the window then said it was $11 something, so I questioned it based on the sign and he replied chicken biscuits don’t apply. I explained that the advertising signage should be more specific and clarify what was included in the mix and match, but then gave him another $10. He had my $20 and told me it wasn’t ready so to pull forward and wait. I explained that I’ve been in line for over 35 minutes and it should be ready. Then he threw my two $10 bills back at me through the window and shut it in my face.
Absolutely inexcusable behavior and awful customer service! I will never be back.

Came in today and got a double grilled cheeseburger combo. Every time I come to this Hardee’s something is wrong with the order, in this case I was served a single grilled cheeseburger instead of the double I ordered.
I Iive on the northwestern side of town, so this is one of the closest fast food places to me, but it is most definitely worth the trip to the other side of town.

To bad I can’t leave zero stars for the food quality and price, I ordered the 10 piece chicken tenders and a big hot ham and cheese, plus large coke. Definitely will not be going back for anything, the sandwich just was not good and the tenders should have been called bits and pieces, apparently they don’t know how to change the fry oil or filter it because it was about 2 weeks out and the chicken taste like oil and was ruined. For the price I paid I expected a whole lot better. No more business from myself or anyone I talk with.

I ordered a hot ham and cheese and got home and opened it. It looked like a mushroom burger. I cant stand mushrooms. Fries tasted like oil. You need to start checking what you are grabbing before throwing food into bags. I was so disappointed in my meal and couldn’t go back because i was on lunch break. I wont go back to Staunton one again.

Maaaannnnn…. I went here looking for a original bag. Just to find out that it was a dollar up charge when you get 2 double cheeseburgers… But it doesn’t promote it like that anywhere in the restaurant or on any commercial. The when I got my food the fries were cold. Got some fresh ones. Then I go to eat my second double cheeseburger just to find out it was a regular one.. I was so angry knowing they charge me extra for this shit. And it was cold.. the got dayum cheese didn’t even .. I swear the night shift dgaf… So I just exhaled and left… Smmfh… Highly disappointed! ☹️

Placed order at 7:05 pm didn’t receive the order until 7:30. There were only another couple waiting for their food. Fries were cold. Bathroom smelled of sewage. I spent over 50$ there the place was dirty. The employees were not friendly barely spoke. The only good thing is the food was labeled correctly with the wrappers
