Stopped into Redbird for lunch after a work meeting, Saturday afternoon, the day after Halloween (hence the witchy cocktail). I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by the super kind and genuine bar back. He was super conversational and very attentive which you don’t always see from bar backs. The waiter/bartender was very helpful in making my selection for lunch and boy did she not disappoint in her suggestions. I got the birria tacos and a side of street corn. I came hungry and left a fat happy cat. Everything was flavorful, had the right amount of spice for the salsas and just really was overall impressive. Next time I’m in Tucson, I’ll definitely have to make a stop again at this place to try more of their menu.

First time here. Great location, plenty of seating indoors and out. Great happy hour specials. Our server was amazing, let us know about the order size of fries so we didn’t over order , that was amazing. The large order was enough for four people. I had the bkackbean burger. It was delicious.

Excellent choice. My daughter and son-in-law have been to another location in Tucson, but this was our first time here. I had the tacos and waffle fries. They had the nachos with birria. The nachos were exceptional and the serving size is big enough for 2 to share. The interior of the restaurant and atmosphere are great. They just opened in September of ’25, so it’s relatively new. Definitely recommend.

My family and I went into Redbird tonight and absolutely fell in love with their elote nachos and our server Kaelin!! She gave us a great recommendation on the Nashville chicken sandwich and was great at carrying conservation. She was so bubbly and energetic, it made our experience a 10/10. Will definitely be going again!!

Redbird provides a more modern look with a relaxed vibe while dining. At first look the starters seem like overpriced, that is because they are full-size meals! I ordered the Elote Nachos with Carne Asada which in itself was a meal big enough for two. All of the food that was ordered was more than delicious as well as what I believe to be reasonably priced. There’s even options for the little ones in your life. Overall I will be back here as it is only a short drive to campus and provides great service.

This was our first time here (out of towners) and it did not disappoint. The environment and the food was spectacular but what really took things over the top was the service. We were grateful to have Liz as our waitress and she was so kind, helpful and fast! The drinks and food were delicious, coming out within 10-15 minutes!

While we did not have food here, we watched a lot of it leave the kitchen and it looks wonderful! We stopped by to try a margarita, it was so delicious especially with fresh lime and agave. Looks like a great place to take a large group or family. It’s very nice and modern on the inside.

We had a great experience at Redbird! The Cobb salad was super fresh and generously topped, the chicken wings were perfectly cooked with great flavor, and the chicken sandwich was juicy and well seasoned. The corn nachos were absolutely amazing, loaded, flavorful, and definitely a must try. Drinks were on point too: the Old Fashioned was smooth and balanced, and the margarita was refreshing with just the right amount of citrus.
Service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and everything came out quickly. Definitely a spot we’d return to!

I was in Tuscon, looking for a fun place close to my hotel (Aloft) to meet 2 of my friends and Redbirds on 6th came up. I made a Thurs. 7:00 dinner reservation for 3. Upon arrival, we were greeted and seated at the requested high tops. I took note that, there was restaurant side and then a nice market side. The atmosphere is fun and trendy and quit large. It was quite busy for a weeknight at 7:00. Ava our server introduced herself, very friendly and attentive and patient, as my friends and I were talking way to much and not looking at the menu LOL.
We ordered cocktails while looking over the menu. There are a lot of dining choices for every taste. We ordered the Garlic Confit Pretzel to start. My friends ordered the 3 shrimp and 3 Birria Tacos. I chose the Redbird Classic Burger and a Large Waffle Fries.
The cocktails were great along with the Pretzels and Waffle fries. The Tacos seem small on the protein portion. both my friends thought they were good, not a Wow. I thought my Redbird Burger was OK, again good but not Wow. I’m glad I tried this place. Would I come again, only out of convenience.
Atmosphere: Fun and Trendy. Service: excellent. Food: good

In the Sam Hughes district of Tucson sits the second Redbird scratch kitchen + Bar that is surrounded by a beautiful gastronomy of restaurants. This establishment stands alone with their generous portions and wide variety menu, with well stocked bar and very fast service. We were able to enjoy our burgers and waffle fries within minutes from ordering. From the manager to the servers everyone was on top of their game and running like a well oiled machine. Glorious touch with the warm towelettes after such a delicious meal.
