Hair in the pizza.
I can give the benefit of the doubt for a single hair. However, I found multiple hairs and what appears to be floss in the pizza. Will not be getting food from this location again until I can trust health codes are being met.

Customer Satifsfaction Team contacted me promptly to discuss the situation. I am quite pleased with how they are handling the review and hopefully they look into possible ways that contamination may have happened.
I will update the review once I go there again.

You guys sell delicious pizza along with high class service from one of the staff. I visit here regularly Either in form of customer or as uber eats driver and Every time Her energetic and respectful nature makes me feel happy. please delete this picture if it goes against policy but i couldnot stop myself writing few words in support of your staff. I have seen lots of places not giving much importance to uber driver but specifically this employee is one of very few people who knows how to treat guests.

I ordered a large pizza from Red Swan Pizza and it was fantastic. The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh, generous, and full of flavour. You can tell they take real care with their ingredients.

The best pizza place in town. I am usually not the one to try different places and stick to one good place but the one i usually eat at got closed. So i decided to try their new stuffed crust pizza and OMG!!, never expected it to be this good, had me licking my fingers. Would seriously recommend everybody to try at-least once, they will have you hooked up forever. Gonna be visiting for atleast a year before even thinking of trying someplace else.

I was present at the restaurant during this time, and this review is completely misleading. I clearly heard the conversation being mentioned, and it had nothing to do with any customer. The people talking were staff and their driver, and they were simply discussing their schedule for the upcoming week.
It was Christmas time, and anyone who visited restaurants during that period knows how busy they are. Making pizza takes time, especially when everything is made fresh and there is only one oven. Expecting instant service during peak holiday hours is unrealistic.
The staff were working hard and doing their best. They are humans, not robots, and deserve patience and understanding. As a genuine customer who was actually there, I can say this review does not reflect what really happened.
