Their happy hour is awesome — plenty of drink specials and discounted appetizers that make it perfect for after work or pre-game hangouts. It’s a great way to enjoy good food and drinks without spending too much.
Appetizers:
The appetizer menu here is solid. Favorites include the loaded nachos, crispy mozzarella sticks, and classic onion rings. Of course, the wings are the star of the show — tossed in tons of sauces – favorite is Thai Curry.
The service is friendly and the portion sizes are generous. If you’re into sports, wings, and good happy hour deals, Buffalo Wild Wings delivers on all fronts.

Ordered UBEREATS 10/4…This is by far the worst BWW I’ve ever had. For the night crew that is responsible for this should be fired! Why would you dump all of this powdered seasoning into the stuffed tots container like this? This wasn’t edible at all! None of my food was edible. I wasted $45 bucks on this crap! Wings and burger tasted old. Someone did this on purpose and I hope karma hit you well and soon for this bullcrap! Extremely pissed!!

I’ve been coming to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mount Prospect, IL for a long time, and the service is always horrible but my experience with Jenny was hands down the best I’ve ever had at this location. She was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything from start to finish. Drinks were always refilled, food came out perfectly, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. Jenny truly made the night—she’s amazing and a huge reason I’ll keep coming back!

I’m usually understandable about a busy Saturday at a sports bar I’ve worked for them but a 2 hour wait to get my food because she forgot to tell the kitchen my order is ridiculous. She had to be chased down for us to get refills on anything and she kept bringing out our appetizers more than once asking if we already received them. Then to try to compensate brought us 25% coupons that expire next week?
Atmosphere gets a 4 star rating cause the customers around us were fun while we watched the bears game.

Went there during a football game keep in mind it’s a sports bar bears and green bay playing.so you know it will be packed. I had a table of 8. We all ordered food half of the people got there food after 30min then 3 more people got there food 1hour and 15 minutes later. My young daughter waited for her food for two hours when I went back to the kitchen and spoke to the server after I asked several times they directed me to the manager when I went up to the manager. She then told me well. Everybody is waiting. I explained her I’ve Been waiting two hours for six wings she then set the server to the table after I explain to him all he did was apologize. I told him I don’t wanna talk to him bring the manager over here. She came over and was complaining to me on how the Phone orders is what’s taking her so long and that’s why my food is taking so long. I explained to her it’s not my fault that they didn’t staff the building the right way She then made me look like the bad guy and said I was cussing at her. The funny thing is my son was wearing meda glasses and the whole thing was record never swore at her once I had to talk extremely loud considering it’s a sports bar and the tv is right above us but she gets offended. It’s been a while since I came to this place but it’s gonna be a while since I come back I’ve been to many Buffalo Wild Wings. I think I’ll start going to the Schaumburg location.

My visit to this location was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Our server, Jenny, seemed far more interested in chatting and flirting with her male companion than actually doing her job. I had to ask multiple times just to get basic things like plates and a drink refill. When she finally brought the plates, she dropped them on the table aggressively and immediately walked off to go right back to canoodling with her boyfriend.
The service was awful, and unfortunately, the food wasn’t any better. Nothing about this visit made me feel valued as a customer. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will never be coming back to this dump again.

Ordered a couple of drink, some cheese curds and a two different styled wings. The place was completely empty so we were seated rather quick, the only issue was the food came out one by one. Once we finished a plate, the next item we had ordered (at the same time) would arrive a couple minutes after. Overall, good food and drinks! Would recommend to go during a quiet time so there isn’t a “rush”.

Horrible customer service. Went in for a drink at the bar. Bartender no where to be seen. Waited about 5 min, she came out from the back door chatting with a female manager. Finished their convo before acknowledging me. Being the only one there at the time I would’ve expected some small talk or suggestions but it was almost like I was a bother to their gossip hour. Ended up finishing my drink and not ordering food. No wonder restaurant was empty.

Dined in after a long time. The take-out wings used to get soggy but this time since we dined in it was perfect! The wings were definitely smaller like other reviewers have mentioned. We went with the traditional wings in Parmesan garlic sauce and hot sauce and potato wedges which were so good. The hand breaded tenders were okay. The young lady who served the table was very kind and pleasant as well.

This experience was so bad it’s always bad when we come and we come once every 2 years to this location. The service was so bad I asked about a drink if they had it and the waiter just said no and handed my the drink menu. There was no like “ oh let me show you something similar” no smile at all no. No acknowledgment to my husband and I what so ever. We have been waiting here for 20 minutes for my husbands food and I got half of my order still waiting on fries. The waiter has not once came up to us and said anything about oh I’m sorry the food will be out in one sec nothing at all. This is ridiculous. You guys need to do better.
