We make Birria tacos from scratch at the Heritage Weekly Market from lamb and beef raised on our farm, processed with our own roasted chilies – offering unsurpassed flavor and quality. As a family operation, we have been raising grass-fed lamb on our 50-acre farm for some years. With considerable experience in the food industry, it has always been our desire to present our artisan lamb in an irresistible offering, and Birria tacos proved to be the perfect solution. We want to ease Texas beef lovers into locally grown lamb, as it’s sustainable, healthy, and delicious! Everything we do, we do as a family–the raising of our sheep, the preparing of our pepper sauces, enchilada gravy, and each taco we grill and serve.

I’m not a taco connoisseur and often order something else, but whenever I get the chance, I order their Berria tacos. They are made with lamb that they grow on their property in our extra extraordinarily flavorful.

If you’re looking for something unique and very good. I would highly recommend trying them out at the Homestead Weekly Market.
