If you are looking for the best PhillyCheeseSteak sandwich, come see Susan outside Sunday evenings until 9pm during their block party. You will also always get a chance to hear very talented musicians play. Great night out.

This place offers so much! Dinner, great drinks and live entertainment along with DJ on certain nights. I’ve been here many times. A great place to go as a group or as a couples night out. Go for drinks or a little dancing even fun people watching. A crowd of 30+ in age. Alot of locals go here but a great mix of Visitors that are in “Vacation mode ” wanting to have fun! Staff works hard to make sure you are taken care of. We go a few times a year. Definitely recommend this place!

This is a fun place with live music (I think) every day of the week. we went there Friday night and the band there played 80s classic rock. They played well and the place was filled with friendly people who enjoyed dancing .Can’t say if this is the same other nights but on this night at least it was a crowd of older people like me who were around when classic rock was just “rock”. We sat at the bar and listened to the music and a bartender came over to ask for a drink order, which I find refreshing because I hate fighting for attention to get a bartender. The place is on a street which has other entertainment and the next block over as well so it’s a fun place to go. Can’t say anything about the food cause we just had drinks. can’t say anything about the drinks cause we just had club soda, L O L.

Love this place! Music every night. Staff is so friendly. Went here 3 of the four nights. Got to get the skirt steak (med rare) with the house chimichurri sauce! Will be back when we are in town.

Attended a block party, with a live band out on a stage in the street.
Amazing band, great food, but service was extremely disappointing and most certainly not deserving of the automatic 20% tip that was automatically added to the bill.
We received our main course immediately after ordering (delicious steak sandwiches), and then our appetizers (relatively average ceasar salad and calamari) arrived 15 minutes later. Clearly our waitress was not paying attention to what we asked for and the understanding that appetizers are normally served before and not during the main course. So this level of service fell WELL SHORT of deserving the 20% tip that was imposed upon us.
We may visit again for a future block party, simply because the bands are extremely professional. But based upon our recent experience, we would not recommend this place for dinner.

The food was excellent. The service is slow and disjointed. The live bands are excellent especially if you like old people music. If you want to get up and dance and sing along, it’s completely encouraged. Go for the food, stay for the entertainment.

Where do you go to enjoy some live music, drinks and good food…. I will share with you… Fishtales on 33rd in East Fort Lauderdale Florida. Located in the Galt Ocean Plaza just North of Oakland Park Boulevard and North Ocean Boulevard.
What I love about Fishtales on 33rd is the laid back and casual atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, and boy do they do work hard. This place is packed just about on any given night because of the Great Live Music from totally Talented Local Bands.
If you are hungry, you will be pleasantly surprised that the Food is quite tasty for a Bar Scene. The margherita flatbread pizza and dolphin fingers are quite good and I especially love their coconut shrimp.
If you’re a local as myself of visiting in town, definitely make a stop at Fishtales on 33rd.
