Where do I start. Salad-had to cut my own lettuce into bites, croutons is more of bread slises=eating with hands. Main course : I was treat as kitchen staff. I had to peel my own vegetables in order to eat them.
Server through a fit because he expected a big tip, but he should seek cook for it. If I have to do actual work witch kitchen staff should have done i should have no tip at all.
Best thing was desert.

I enjoyed my experience visiting the bar area for a light meal and coffee during a weekday afternoon.

The bar staff, server and the manager were friendly and engaging. I felt very welcomed.

The prices were reasonable considering it is the upscale restaurant at the casino facility with other options for sit down food and gift shop food.

The Charcuterie board had a decent quantity of meats.

The Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake was delicious and creamy.

The coffee was nice. It would have been more impressive if the coffee cream was served in a small creamer carafe rather than the individual tare open half-n-half cups.

The restaurant is nicely decorated and overlooks the outdoor patio and pool deck.

I will return to this restaurant.

Hesitant to eat here after seeing the reviews but overall it was a decent experience.
We ordered the Calabrese pizza (4.5 stars), crab cakes (5 stars), trout (4.5 stars) and Caesar salad (3 stars).
It was a Sunday afternoon and there was only one server so we didn’t receive the most attentive service, however the server was kind. Overall the food was good, but the restaurant was over priced for the overall experience.

Omg. The food was so good, we want to bring our son to enjoy these steaks. It was a little over priced. But for once in awhile, not bad.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Experience!

Seated near the floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch the length of Red Sage, you’re immediately struck by the vast beauty of the New Mexico sky—a reminder of how small we are in the best possible way. The atmosphere is both cozy and elevated, creating a sense of grounded luxury.

The service? Top tier—attentive without being intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine and professional. The food was plated with artistic precision and the flavors delivered on every promise. Each dish felt like a quiet celebration.

Ambiance was masterfully balanced—music just above audible, lighting soft and intentional. The entire experience left me wanting for nothing. A true 5-star dining experience. Excellent in every way. Highly recommend.

Was very disappointed with the quality of the food given the price. Got the $49 12oz pork chop looking forward to a knock out meal and it tasted just like a dish my wife makes with Campbell cream of mushroom soup. My wife had the shrimp scampi and was told it came with fettuccine and it was linguine, way under cooked and hard, the old fashioned I ordered was not even close to what I’ve gotten at other local casinos in Albuquerque and Bernalillo. The place is nice enough but for the price. I would liken it to a Porche body with a VW engine. If you want that fine dining experience, stay in Santa Fe.

Pretty disappointing meal. 77$ steak was rubbery and cooked medium with no sear (ordered medium rare). The dessert cart showed desserts that were significantly larger with larger portions of whipped cream/nuts than served, slice of cheesecake was half the size of the one shown. Would do no substitutions on sides. Didnt refill waters until the check came out. Honestly I’d rather go to fast food place.

My husband surprised me with reservations here, however, he is not an avid reviewer, but I am. After reading soo many bad reviews I was nervous, so I went in with an open mind. Here are my results:

4 stars = I’m a fan and would go back to try something else on the menu

The criteria includes the food itself, the service, and the ambience.

Steak was well grilled, and what we asked for, medium well. Delicious with the demi sauce. The mashed potatoes needed to be mashed a little bit more, it was very clumpy. The sautéed carrots were too hard for my liking. At least the steak it was good.

Red sage greens salad was good. Not worth $20, perhaps 10, but the vinegrette was nice, salad was a little bit on the dry side- could use more coating in this vinegrette.

Flat bread was delicious and the seasoning on it was very yummy. Was not a fan of the duck meat on it, but at least the hubby liked it.

Get the crème brûlée- yummy! The berries on it as a fresh and nice touch!

Service was good, fast, and attentive.

Ambience was good looking. It was St. Patrick’s weekend, so I was confused and not really into the Christmas decorations on the ceiling. I appreciate sitting in the booth and it was nice to have a view of the kitchen.

Overall, the food was very good however somethings on the menu we’re not worth $20 like the flatbread or the salad. I’m surprised the steak was good.

We are a fan and would come back here to try some thing new on the menu.

Why the missing star? Overpriced on certain things that didn’t meet up to its price/expectation.

This place has really gone downhill! I’m not sure if it’s just price gouging on top of the food not being at the quality of the price. But the Thanksgiving meal was less than filling! I left hungry. They said that the menu had a typo on it. You had no choice in white meat or brown meat. You just got a mixture. This was the reason why I decided to make a reservation and bring my family because it said something but unfortunately it was a typo. I’m not sure why the food changed so much here. I remember working here when I was in my early twenties and mad the food downstairs at both locations upstairs and the buffet were amazing. You guys got to do something and get this place back to where it used to be!

Where do I start ‍♀️ This felt like a fancy place but was not …spend your money elsewhere. The bartender took one of our orders and walked away without taking my partners order . Never checked up on us to ask for salt/pepper etc. Grabbed my drink before finishing and dumped it. The salad crostini’s were solid rock and bologna’s felt like it was hamburger helper reheated. It was not busy and there was no excuse for horrible service. There’s a difference between a “bartender” and someone who’s scheduled to be there on a Sunday night. Get me out of here !
