Reviews
Server through a fit because he expected a big tip, but he should seek cook for it. If I have to do actual work witch kitchen staff should have done i should have no tip at all.
Best thing was desert.
The bar staff, server and the manager were friendly and engaging. I felt very welcomed.
The prices were reasonable considering it is the upscale restaurant at the casino facility with other options for sit down food and gift shop food.
The Charcuterie board had a decent quantity of meats.
The Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake was delicious and creamy.
The coffee was nice. It would have been more impressive if the coffee cream was served in a small creamer carafe rather than the individual tare open half-n-half cups.
The restaurant is nicely decorated and overlooks the outdoor patio and pool deck.
I will return to this restaurant.
We ordered the Calabrese pizza (4.5 stars), crab cakes (5 stars), trout (4.5 stars) and Caesar salad (3 stars).
It was a Sunday afternoon and there was only one server so we didn’t receive the most attentive service, however the server was kind. Overall the food was good, but the restaurant was over priced for the overall experience.
Seated near the floor-to-ceiling windows that stretch the length of Red Sage, you’re immediately struck by the vast beauty of the New Mexico sky—a reminder of how small we are in the best possible way. The atmosphere is both cozy and elevated, creating a sense of grounded luxury.
The service? Top tier—attentive without being intrusive. Every interaction felt genuine and professional. The food was plated with artistic precision and the flavors delivered on every promise. Each dish felt like a quiet celebration.
Ambiance was masterfully balanced—music just above audible, lighting soft and intentional. The entire experience left me wanting for nothing. A true 5-star dining experience. Excellent in every way. Highly recommend.
4 stars = I’m a fan and would go back to try something else on the menu
The criteria includes the food itself, the service, and the ambience.
Steak was well grilled, and what we asked for, medium well. Delicious with the demi sauce. The mashed potatoes needed to be mashed a little bit more, it was very clumpy. The sautéed carrots were too hard for my liking. At least the steak it was good.
Red sage greens salad was good. Not worth $20, perhaps 10, but the vinegrette was nice, salad was a little bit on the dry side- could use more coating in this vinegrette.
Flat bread was delicious and the seasoning on it was very yummy. Was not a fan of the duck meat on it, but at least the hubby liked it.
Get the crème brûlée- yummy! The berries on it as a fresh and nice touch!
Service was good, fast, and attentive.
Ambience was good looking. It was St. Patrick’s weekend, so I was confused and not really into the Christmas decorations on the ceiling. I appreciate sitting in the booth and it was nice to have a view of the kitchen.
Overall, the food was very good however somethings on the menu we’re not worth $20 like the flatbread or the salad. I’m surprised the steak was good.
We are a fan and would come back here to try some thing new on the menu.
Why the missing star? Overpriced on certain things that didn’t meet up to its price/expectation.
