We had an amazing experience at Red Robin! The food was delicious, and the service was warm, friendly, and truly outstanding. Jayden and Madison took such great care of us, they were attentive, kind, and Priscilla made sure everything was perfect.
We were celebrating a birthday, and they made the night incredibly memorable with their thoughtful and cheerful service. They even did an ovation for the birthday, which was so fun and made us all laugh!
Thank you for making our evening so special!

Tonight we went there with my partner and my partner’s brother to celebrate a birthday. Everything was amazing. Jayden was our server and he was fantastic. Priscila, the manager, kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
They even did an Ovation for the birthday, which made the experience even more special. The food was excellent, and I definitely recommend Red Robin if you’re celebrating a birthday you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Stopped in at Red Robin and tried the Jalapeño Heatwave Burger along with their signature onion rings. Everything was tasty and cooked well. Service was friendly and attentive, even though the place was very busy. Overall, a good experience with tasty food.

Our first time at red robin was the one in vernon we were truely impressed with the food as well as service we received.
So, we decided to go to the Langley location thinking it would be the same. But this was the worst choice we made.
Am not blaming our server, but everything that could go wrong went wrong. For a friday night it was severely understaffed. Maybe that’s why our server was overwhelmed.
We ordered two burgers one BBQ chicken burger and one HP steakhouse. First of all our burgers took nearly 45 min to come out and when it came out it was given to the wrong table, our server did not notice anything wrong i had to point it out, after which she realised the mistake and quickly went to the kitchen to make changes.
After 10 more minutes we got our food, no cutleries etc. Once i started to eat the HP steakhouse i noticed that there was cheddar cheese inside, instead of monterey pepper jack cheese as mentionned on the menu. I was so hungry that i did not even bother to tell the server as it would have been sent back and would have took forever to come back again.
Just to mention I was given a discount for the mishap that happened with our burgers being sent to the wrong table, so am appreciative of that. But the whole experience ruined our date night.

Love the bottomless sides here which totally ensure you will be full from any meal here. They have lots of burgers to choose from and their fries are thick and fresh like British chips. Unfortunately the apple juice I ordered which was not bottomless came with 20% juice and 80% ice (picture attached) which was totally not worth $4.99. I drank like 3 gulps and needed a refill which is full price but made sure to ask for no ice the second time. Other than that, service was great and the food was good.

Red Robin’s food has always been good when we’ve been here. The burgers are amazing, they are delicious and there are so many options to choose from. We love the bottomless fries, especially garlic fries!
We were here last Sunday and had a 30 minute wait for a table. They were very busy and we were a big party. We waited quite a while for our food. The servers seemed overly busy – they probably needed a frw more working to deal with the large amount of customers.
We enjoyed our meal nevertheless. I ordered Clucks and Shrimp and it was great. There were more than enough shrimp to keep me happy !

I had a wonderful experience at Willowbrook re robin! Manager Briscla was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and very professional. You can really feel the great leadership and positive atmosphere in the restaurant.
The food was so good, especially the yam fries — they were perfectly crispy and paired with an amazing sauce that made them even more delicious! Everything was fresh and served beautifully.
Highly recommend this location for both the excellent service and tasty food. Thank you, Briscla, for making our visit so enjoyable!

I’m really not trying to sound like a Karen, but I had to speak on this because it was honestly uncomfortable. I went to Red Robin with my boyfriend, and while our actual waitress was great, another worker kept walking past our table, staring at my boyfriend, and giving me dirty looks for no reason. She had curly hair and was brown. I was honestly so mad, but my boyfriend stopped me from saying something because I also work in customer service and know how these things can go. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but the whole situation made me realize how some girls act and how unprofessional that kind of behavior is. We came to eat and have a nice time, not deal with that kind of energy.
