The Book Peddle & Coffee Cafe is an interesting, quaint little place. We went there for lunch and ordered Loaded Lite Shotgun, Ultimate Veggie Sandwich and Buckaroo their breakfast burrito. We also ordered their Latte & Red Eye.

The atmosphere is great and staff at the book counter were very polite and helpful, but the same could not be said of the staff at the coffee bar. We waited at the ordering area for several minutes before any of the 3 staff members decided to help us (for reference, they were chatting not doing something else). We ordered a coffee, iced tea, and chocolate croissant. Attached is a photo of the iced tea, with no ice (the tea was lukewarm in a plastic cup) and a teabag thrown in without leaving the string out for easy removal. The coffee and croissant were very good, but not really worth the poor service and price.

Bought hot chocolate. It was o.k. store is very full, almost too full of merchandise. Lots of breakable items. 5 or 6 tables to sit at indoor. Couple of tables outside. They will give you the code to the restroom if you buy something.

Delicius coffee and matcha!! such a great place to start your day, grab some books and gifts, and get a good sandwich I’m so happy this place opened earlier than any other coffee or breakfast place in the area. perfect location and amazing atmosphere. People were really friendly and we had really good service ordering our food . I’ll highly recommend it!

Cool Cafe. Stopped here before our yellowstone bus tour as cafe was open early. Breakfast and sandwich. Pricey menu. Our breakfast- egg n sausage muffin was no better than McDonald’s. No cutlery, napkin or ketchup offered. Veggie Sandwich & Latte was very nice. We had 2 hot meals with drinks elsewhere later that day, for the same bill total… :/

We first stopped here two years ago on our way into Yellowstone and my husband was blown away by the Wild Hog Burrito. He has been talking about it since so we wanted to come back again on our next trip to Yellowstone. Both times we had great food, wild hog burrito is MASSIVE and delicious, and the croissant breakfast sandwich was yummy too. Tried a chocolate croissant that did not disappoint. Average coffee. Cute atmosphere located inside a small gift shop. We will stop by every time just for the burrito!!

This is lovely spot in a town full of tourist offerings. As others have said, it opens at 7 am so you can pick up some good coffee and something yummy to eat before heading into the park.
