My boy friend and I were in the area as our fur babies had their grooming appointment and I had my doctor’s appointment nearby and we needed to grab some food. When we arrived inside, there wasn’t a hostess or an employee at the stand so we were standing there awkwardly. Kelsie, our server, greeted us and led us to a booth with menus and let us know that she would be right back to get drink orders. It seemed like she was the only real waitress as she was the one serving all the tables as every time a new table was seated, they were told Kelsie would be with them right away. However, Kelsie did an outstanding job ensuring customers wouldn’t have to wait long and ensure orders accurate. My boyfriend and I got the Big Yummm Deal with the Haystack Double but I got the raspberry lemonade while my boyfriend got the iced tea. He didn’t know it was unsweetened and Kelsie was more than happy to offer sweet tea instead.
Our food and drinks arrived very fast, despite how busy it was getting on a Thursday afternoon. The burger was the perfect size and the fries were crispy and fresh. I love that the steak fries are actually consistently big when other locations the fries are smaller or flimsy. Kelsie was great at checking in on us at appropriate times and the staff members that dropped off bottomless fries refills were courteous as well. Additionally, they are generous with sauces here as I’ve never seen them filled almost to the brim so that was very nice. The restaurant itself was clean and when I went to the restaurant, it was also clean.

Very dissatisfied with my order… Came to pick it up, and my mudslide was completely melted. I was looking forward to trying the new cookie dough mudslide, but I am completely disappointed on the fact that it is completely melted and non-edible. On top of that, it was the smallest size ever for $10… I expected it to be a nice size slice. Also, my food was cold and my drink was leaking. Very unhappy customer.

We haven’t been to RR for awhile and decided we wanted to go. Our server Kalayna was a breath of fresh air, just so kind, bubbly personality. She was so patient and very accommodating ( I wanted the fish burger) that wasn’t on the menu. She was able to get it ordered, just the way I wanted. Tarter on the side, extra tarter for my fries. We got full eating our fries and appetizer. She brought us containers, gave us extra chips to take with the ones we had that were eaten halfway. She helped me log on to my rewards account. She made sure our carry out bag was big enough. Just a wonderful server and certainly made me want to come to the Lakewood RR again.

Had to try this week’s special Bonsai Burger. Although was not charged the special price. Was charged $1.99 extra for the normally free side. The burger tasted ok, but I preferred the former Bonsai better. Service was good at times, but then he forgot my refill. Sat in the bar.

Lakewood location. Food took a long time to prepare and was simple and just ok. The staff was awesome! Fun, energetic, friendly! Tv’s and happy hour from 3 to 6pm are a plus! Sit at the bar if seats are available!

The people working are super nice, attentive. They didn’t ask if we wanted fry refills though. The hamburgers are pretty good I guess. No seasoning on the fries or the chips. Also I ordered garlic fries and they gave me regular fries the first time, which is why we have an extra basket in the pics. The other problem I had was with the shrimp. They tossed it in some kind of mayonnaise or ranch or thousand island thing that was NOT like the picture or description…

Wow! I can’t wait to tell you about my incredible experience with TOGO service. Three weeks ago, I ordered from Red Robin and let me tell you, it was out of this world! I have been feeling disappointed with the quality of dining services lately, but Red Robin has completely renewed my faith.
My family and I were blown away by the amazing meals we received. The burgers were absolutely delicious and the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. We couldn’t get enough of the onion rings which were a definite favorite. The best part? The price was unbeatable and the quality was twice as good as other major burger restaurants.
I have to give a special shoutout to the TOGO team who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was simply perfect. Needless to say, I will definitely be returning for more TOGO service from Red Robin soon!

I know I don’t frequent restaurants but this Red Robin had a stench of filth as soon as you walk in the doors. I thought it was just the carpet in the hostess area, but the smell of filthy carpets goes straight to the kitchen. I left and hung out outside confused and baffled by the people pouring in as the smell wafts out. ☕️☕️☕️ I went and grabbed some Starbucks and gaslight myself outside for 45 mins while waiting on other family members. I finally went in and sat down in absolute amazement that people were eating among the loud smell of filth. It must be me, I say to myself…I ate nothing and drank my Starbucks while visiting family from out of town. ( Thank you for not making me throw it away and enjoy it there. ) The smell was like a filthy city bus toting cooked, unrecognizable food. After my family half eaten their meals over the 2 hour dinner, I apologized to my niece if I seemed not so joyful and assured that I was. I explained my issue quietly and got a quick response of, “Oh, you’re not tripping, I smell it, too.” and gave a little frown being polite so no one else saw. I’ve worked too many restaurants and they never smelled like that.
Flat out, this Red Robin is gross.

Understanding it was Superbowl evening we would expect a skeleton crew which is fine…. but we were only like 1 of 4 tables around 7:30 pm…. but service was terrible…. no refills on drinks , no refills on thier “bottomless fries” and no one checked on us …. dropped the food and tried to walk away but we stopped the crew member and asked them for condiments…. but after that no more service? To top it off walked up and fetched a to go box after we paid their table Robot….. unfortunately its my 10 year olds favorite place to eat but we probably won’t be back for a while.

Went last night for my son’s 8th birthday, food came out fast and it was good. We tried to be discreet and tell the waitress it was his birthday since he loves this place and has never been on his birthday. She said they were out of ice cream but they would bring a cookie, ok great but they never came out and sang to him. We literally sat there after we ate waiting and nothing. Didn’t come to check with us just ignored us. He kept saying let’s tell them its my birthday and we told him we did tell them buddy but I guess it just wasn’t that important. He left disappointed to say the least.
