I stopped by the nearest McDonald’s on 1/10/26 at about 10 PM. And both workers at each window were literally the nicest McDonald’s workers I’ve ever interacted with. I’m so used to not even getting eye contact at other locations. I was warmly greeted. I was talked to very respectfully. And they just had an amazing attitude. Good job to those two young ladies and management.

Terrible customer service. The long haired male manager acted like it was such an inconvenience that I ordered at the counter. I repeated something he said, in question. His response was “That’s what I said isn’t it”
Literally tossed my children’s happy meals on the counter (4 of them) and told another female employee to bag them in a very aggressive manor. He needs an adjustment from someone above him.
Always an issue at that location and it sucks because that’s my hometown location and it used to be good.

Honestly if I could give this location a 0 stars I would ….. spending $50 on food just for it to be cold and nasty after being pulled to the front from the drive thru waiting 10-15 mins then having to go inside cause some of the order is missing …. Showing them the receipt ( when they didn’t even wanna come to the front counter to help ) just for them to mess it up again …. Is outrageous….. stop focusing on your drive time and rushing customers and pulling customers just to sound rude to meet ur goals ….. I most definitely will be taking my business to Burger King from now on and pay a little more for better customer service and better quality !!! Also just repeating “anything else” like the customer is an inconvenience is a no go for me!!! Do better !!!!

This location has horrific consistency, makes countless mistakes, and consistently serves food at unsafe temperatures. I ordered a Large Mocha Frappe with an extra shot and was given a 3/4 full iced latte. My food items were thrown in the drink carrier bag, so they are completely wet. Being this incompetent is outrageous.

I decided to go to this Mcdonald’s for the new Croc shoe Happy Meal toy for my daughter. She was really excited. Inside, I noticed that they were on display and at the self checkout. My daughter is overwhelmed at this point. As we received our order, we noticed we didn’t receive our bbq and they handed us an adventure packet instead of Crocs (again, they were displayed and were showing at the self checkout). If this establishment is promoting items and it is being marketed and advertised during purchase, please have the courtesy to let your customers know when the items are no longer available or out of stock.

Just went through the drive through here. Got home after a long day and took 2 bites and noticed that my burger was still raw. I called and one of the managers, Mich, answered and didn’t really seem to care when I told him about this. He did offer to replace the burger but I don’t even want to eat there anymore. I asked him if I could just get a full refund and he said to bring my receipt when I have a chance. This sucks.

This location is awful. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and I asked the lady at the window if it was the deluxe quarter pounder with cheese she said yes. And when I check the food there was no lettuce on the burger so I asked them to fix it. They pulled me around to a parking spot and brought the burger out and when I got home, the burger was barely cooked on the outside and raw on the inside. It felt kind of like retaliation for sending the food back.

Your team has to do better in updating y’all’s menu because what is the exact point of having items on the menu that aren’t currently being offered?. I was literally just in the Drive-Thru trying to order myself a caramel macchiato because it shows that it’s available unlike the shakes and the McFlurries and the Sundays which currently say back soon and are crossed out unable to be ordered. But your drive-thru employee informed me that the ice machine was broken. So that’s why I couldn’t order a hot caramel macchiato. Let me repeat that her exact words were the ice machine is broken and that’s why we can’t provide you a hot caramel macchiato. I don’t understand that nor do I care to just do better please.
