I want to start of with this review is not to the staff at at all, just the atmosphere and restaurant over all.
Me and my sister were seated at 6:35pm, didn’t get fries till 7:15. We placed our order at 6:50pm.
The fries were cold and soggy. The food took another 25 minutes. And when I got the order of mozzarella twists, just terrible.
My little one wanted to go home at this point as she was tired. And I don’t blame her we were there for an hour and barely got our food.
Just when I’m ready to go, I had to wait 5 minutes for boxes and then another 10 minutes for the waitress to take my payment.
As someone who was a server for 2.5 years, I’m very patient. But today my patience was spread very, very thin.

Pure chaos. Curbside number didn’t work to come out to the car for our carry out. Had to go inside and wait almost 30 minutes past the due time. The person trying to work up front was all over the place. I’m pretty sure they were hanging up on all phone calls. Later got through the line to talk to a manager, talked to the person running the front, they just hung up the line. Same person had to make our milkshake instead of working the front. If you’re the store manager of this location you’re really struggling to keep things going tonight. To top it off, why are you using these tiny straws for your milkshakes, what kind of sucking power do you think I have?

I went here with a friend recently and we stopped by at about 8pm. There were only a few tables, and no one else in line, but no one was at the host stand.
We stood there for about 15min before someone came and seated us. Our server was Kay, she was lovely and helped my friend double check the gluten free status of the sauces through the website.
My friend got a margarita and a burger, I got water and a cheeseburger with bottomless fries. It took almost 40min for the food to come out, and the portions were smaller than at other Red Robin locations I’ve been to.
Because everything was taking so long, I just went ahead and paid through the machine at the table and wrapped my leftovers in napkins. It wasn’t worth waiting to ask for a box.
Although Kay was incredibly sweet and made sure to help us thoroughly (truly, the saving grace of this experience), the kitchen took way too long- I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.
They have a large parking lot with disabled accessible spots (nearby, no unloading zones though). The bathrooms were clean. The actual restaurant area wasn’t very well lit. The tables were very clean.

I had a very disappointing experience at Red Robin. I waited over an hour and a half for my food, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, one of my items was missing from the order.
What made it worse was watching the host clean tables and chairs using the same cloth without properly changing or sanitizing it between tables. That raised serious hygiene concerns for me.
Overall, the service was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will not be returning after this experience.

Bathtub Solutions
Our family really enjoys coming to this Red Robin. The restaurant is always clean and the food is consistently really good. The current staff is really nice, attentive and courteous. We especially like and enjoy when Cameron is our server. In addition to all those other qualities he often remembers our order is good w the kids. Best burger place around!

To be completely honest, I was a little let down by this Red Robin, but I’m willing to believe that it’s at least half because I went right when they opened in the morning. First off, this location is enormous. I can’t speak to how busy they get in the afternoon and evening, but when I went there were only 3 other parties in the entire restaurant. The interior was oddly dark, and a lack of music made the experience decidedly odd. I regretted ordering the chicken wrap, but it wasn’t poorly done. The desert pear cream soda, on the other hand, was amazing(and bottomless!) Overall, I think I got a poor representation of this location, so I will be returning again to see if it’s better.

My family of 4 were excited to tryout this Red Robin location, as it is new to us. We’ve been to Red Robin’s throughout the west coast and this was by far the worst we’ve ever been to!! It was pretty dead for a Saturday night, yet it took a hostess several mins to greet us and seat us. As we walked in, we noticed ALL of the tables, as well as the floor were dirty. The hostess took us to one table that was less dirty than the rest, leaving us to swipe the crumbs and straw wrapper to the floor.. our waitress was nice, however she was working alone and had to cover the rest of the other 3 families that were seated.. the bar tender was on her cell phone (on speakerphone) while simultaneously making drinks, there seemed to be a Manager on duty with a black and pink flowered shirt, however I couldn’t tell you what she was doing because it wasn’t ensuring the place was running smoothly.. did I mention it was dirty?? I’ve never taken photos of a restaurant before, but this one was so appalling I couldn’t help it!! My daughter ordered a milkshake and was sick before we left.. our nice family evening ended with my child being sick all night from that shake!! Not only was the place dirty, but they were out of ingredients for the particular burger that both my husband and I wanted to order which was extremely disappointing!! I get that restaurants run out of ingredients, but by the looks of things and other comments made, this location isn’t as busy as the others we’ve enjoyed throughout the years!! All of our observations only confirmed the “Good” health dept rating we saw in the window as we walked in..
There were so many crumbs on the table, the sleeve of my shirt was covered in them, the tablet screen looked like it had never been cleaned which is so unsanitary considering it’s usually children that play with these things, the floor was filthy which is a safety hazard, the ledge above our table had crumbs and thick dust on it, almost if not all of the empty tables were still dirty from customers who had been long gone… this location was such a let down, I had to share!! I really hope they get it together in there because it’s such a nice location and the Red Robin brand doesn’t deserve this!! Corp should come in IMMEDIATELY and get a brand new staff in there!!

I went in tonight at 6. I ordered a water, a root beer float and a BLTA. My sandwich came without avacado on a croissant that was flat and fairly hard. I was told they would bring me avacado. I asked 5x for my root beer float and it showed up at 715, in a small glass with very melted ice cream, after I had finished my sandwich, having never received my avacado and being out of water as well. I was generous with my 2 stars as my fries were good. I wish I could say this was an unusual experience at this Red Robin but alas, it was only slightly worse than the last few times. It’s not a surprise that many locations will be closing and I would guess this location will be one of them. I cannot imagine a scenario, as a server, where I would have the audacity to charge someone for a drink that it took over an hour to deliver to the table, clearly melted. It’s shameful and embarrassing.

My family has been eating here for many years and have had numerous great servers but by far the most memorable is Melanie. We’ve had her as a server several times and she’s always quick to make us laugh with a joke or some witty banter. She’s also never made a mistake with our complicated orders and last minute changes. Melanie alone gets 5/5 stars!
