we visited late on a Sunday night and it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. It was just the two of us, and we ordered a double patty tavern burger and the Mad Love burger both tasted amazing, and the tavern burger thing is such a solid deal as well. The mozzarella sticks were also a great recommendation by our server.

The highlight was our server though, (I think his name was Rhythm?, though I may have misheard). he was such an attentive guy, recommended the mozzarella sticks and even brought out fries before our meal so we had something to snack on.

I think it’s good overall. I quite enjoyed the cheese burger with blue cheese. Such a great combination that works together.

The bottomless fries were good, I went with sweet potato and highly recommend.

Service was great, the only issue I have is with their restroom, that definitely needs a refresh – parts of the ceiling are falling off

WORST RED ROBIN I’VE EVER BEEN TO.

To start, my party and I waited around 10 minutes before someone finally approached our table. During our 10 minutes of waiting there were two other tables that were seated well after us, yet both these two other tables managed to get their food and drinks before us, which I pointed out to our “server” who seemed like he could care less. My only guess is that this restaurant was understaffed. I had to ask our server if he was an assistant manager but he told me he was just a server. Every other Red Robin I’ve been to, the waiters/waitresses are dressed usually wearing a Red Robin t-shirt and some form of apron. Our waiter was dressed like a front of the house manager would dress. Our waiter was also bad at service, coming out to the area to check on a table and then heading to the back of the house to chat with other employees, not even thinking to check on his other tables. I only saw one waitress dressed how the servers typically dress. Other than that it was just our ‘server’ dressed more like a type of management position, and two other woman, one wearing a pink sweater and jeans, and another woman with a black dress and formal shirt on.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE NOT LEFT A TIP. If there are managers on the floor on Sunday, March 1st, around 6pm… do better. There’s no way you didn’t know how poorly operations were being run tonight.

If you’ve read this far, save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere. I definitely will never be back to this location. I noticed previous reviews mention similar scenarios.

Absolutely disappointing, poor service, and misrepresentation. I really wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with my family at Red Robin, following our good experience at the Redmond location, but I was just surprised. This was nothing compared to what I had expected.

First of all, the server did not even order our drinks properly, they brought out our drinks AFTER our meals were served.

Secondly, they misrepresented the facts of the menu and offered us bottomless garlic flies, intentionally leaving out the fact that it COSTS 2.99 EXTRA

Third, the waiter was busy chatting with his friends, who were seated at another table. He was busy taking selfies rather than getting our order properly completed. They did not give us a single plate of the bottom less fries that came with our order. I have documented everything and have proper proof of this.

Finally, when I got my chicken enchilada platters they said “you never ordered the salad that comes with it” this didn’t make sense since the menu CLEARLY INDICATES that the greens and cheddar cheese were part of the platter

Overall disappointed and I will be contacting the corporate offices; I am expecting a refund due to this poor subpar service.

Brought the kids for an outing. Angel was our server and he is super awesome, helpful, and attentive with everything. Food was pretty good. Tsunami shrimp and hot honey chicken bites were good!

This location of Red Robin is always understaffed. There is only one server handling every table during lunch hour, so when we arrived we were there right at opening so able to place our order quickly and got the food right away. However after we got the food, it all went downhill. We never got water, we were never asked if we wanted more fries, and when it came time to pay, the ziosk wasn’t working and after swiping my card and adding tip it didn’t work but then it removed my reward. They needed the manager to come out and try to reapply the reward and then ran it manually. The eating part was quick, but then to get a box and make payment took an additional 30 minutes which was incredibly disappointing. The slow service has happened frequently at this location, one time we came in for dinner and no one was at the reception spot and we waited 5 minutes and wandered into the bar and no one was there, so we just left and went somewhere else

First, the good stuff: our server, Wade, was AWESOME. He was friendly, funny, professional, and kept us up to date on our order. Loved him! Our food tasted great!

Now. The bad stuff: we were only a party of 2, and the restaurant was almost empty. However, our order of 2 burgers and onion rings took over 40 minutes to arrive! Totally unacceptable! And when our order DID arrive, we each got 5…that’s right, FIVE onion rings! The burgers DID taste great.

That leads us to the worst part, the BATHROOMS. Both bathrooms smelled worse than a dirty gas station restroom, and check out the picture of one of the electrical outlets in the women’s room! It looked like it was straight out of the set of one of the “Saw” movies!

Despite the great service from Wade, the experience was not pleasant and we will not be back to this location.
