This is a fun little diner. The food was all really good! We had the raspberry chipotle salmon with sweet potatoes fries and coleslaw. And we also had a grumpy burger on a brioche bun with cheese with a side of onion rings. All of it was well cooked and delicious.

Great bacon cheeseburger and Fantastic sweet potato fries! Had the caramel apple pie with vanilla ice cream for desert. It was so delicious. Ate the ice-cream and brought most of the pie home.

April 2025: Visited Grumpy’s Grill for the first time on a Tuesday afternoon. There were four parties ahead of us waiting to be seated. This is a very busy place!
It appeared to be a modern bar and grill. Clean. The waitresses were bustling to keep up.
We ordered a Tuna Melt with a side salad($1 up charge) and a Taco Salad. The Taco Salad had chips on the side, not in a tortilla bowl. The Tuna Melt was very good. For dessert, we had Rootbeer Floats.
Prices seem very reasonable here. We didn’t find out until we were leaving that Burger Tuesday offers a burger with fries (or a single side) for less than $10! I have marked my calendar.

Great food, love their burgers. Especially the Turkey Burger and the basic beef burger. Thick juicy patties, never dry. But there there are over a dozen other choices and all I’ve tried have been terrific.
And their servers are like the good old days. Real pros. Experienced, fast, efficient yet very friendly with a great sense of humor.
Makes the wait well worth it. And they are BUSY!

Our group of 4 guys come on Tuesday nights. Any burger with one side for 10 bucks. One draft beer selection is always 3 bucks for a 16 oz pour. This visit it was WOW Wheat. Very cold and fresh.

Best mom and pop restaurant in town. Everyone knows your name type of place . The owner Lorrie is amazing and funny . She loves talking and telling jokes to her guests. Best breakfast and great prices weekday breakfast only 9.99 . Most prices below 15 dollars. Burger Tuesday ANY burger only 9.99 please stop in and enjoy a wonderful experience.

It was a great first experience here. The waitress was super nice and provided a wonderful service. The food was delicious as well. The supreme omelette both looked and tasted good. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. Last up were the pancakes and those did not disappoint. They cooled down a bit by the time I got around to them, but the flavor was still there.

Loud place but we could still hear each other at a 4 top. The food was good overall. The green chile had chicken in it, which was kinda weird. I assume they buy it that way. So green chile with chicken on a smothered hamburg? Sure, why not. Very, very, very mild chile but still tasty. Suitable for tourists, older folk, and those who just don’t know any better. Nice waitstaff. Just attentive enough. Didn’t feel like the wait was very long for anything. Might try it for breakfast sometime.
