Fries were served sitting in a pool of oil. When I complained about it, they brought me a basket of new fries with an even bigger pool of oil sitting at the bottom. The waiter was like “I can bring you another fries?” Why? So they can mess it up again? I sent the fries back and I don’t even think the manager was informed because no one came around to apologize for the sub par food. The waiter gave me a dollar off my meal. What a joke.

If you’re hungry and want to sit quickly, I recommend bar seating. Service center be slow or quick but better than waiting for general seating. Their burgers are so good. I usually get their Monster burger or Whiskey BBQ burger. One of my favorite places for burgers

Started with a 15min Wait for service. Order the onion tower, then ordered the whiskey burger. Quality was good, always room to improve at this place though. Never got my extra fries, part of the] promised bottomless fries. Please put on more staff and pay higher rates.

It’s a hit or miss with them. I order the same thing all the time, so I’m able to really compare, and the quality of the food isn’t consistent. I normally order the crispy chicken salad for lunch. It’s decent, but it normally has way more greens Tham i can eat. I noticed recently you can add extra chicken for a cost. The first time I did this, the cook nailed it outta the park! It was perfect. Tons of chicken. I had lunch for 3 days off this one salad. The next 3x after that, I paid for the extra chicken but never got it… twice going back to get the chicken I paid for. It’s all about consistency. And they just don’t have it.

If you’re planning a party at Red Robin, good luck. No reservations allowed, no party planning possible. You have to be seated first come first serve. So I guess you spend your birthday dinner with strangers. I will let you know what happens when our group of 10 or people go there. The birthday gal wants too. I think the heat lamps were off because some of our group said their food was cold. They did a great job accommodating our group. Our waitress was overwhelmed but made it through. All and all, they worked hard to accommodate our group.

Luis was our server and he was wonderful. Super helpful and friendly. He anticipated our needs and made sure we got our bottomless kids refills at appropriate times. I took off one star for food and atmosphere simply because the dough rings were slightly undercooked and the outside was a bit dirty. Otherwise tho, great experience for what it is.

I’m not going to lie, I eat here once every couple months, I get cravings for their campfire sauce and Red Robin dusted fries. Could their fries be crispier, yeah they really could be, there’s missed potential here, but that is easily fixed by a quick pop in to the air fryer at home for 7 mins at 375 degrees. The people here are consistent, they always smile when they bring the food out to your car. The freckled lemonade is jam packed with strawberries. Two times out of the 30+ I’ve been here, they ran out of campfire sauce. I had to make it at home, it was not as good.
