So today we stopped in for lunch. It was a little busy, so they opened a new section for us, we sat down. About 4 groups sat down after us. We ordered first. The other 4 groups had a different waitress. All four groups got their food before us by 10 minutes. One ate and left before we got our food. When they stopped at our table they said they messed up the a salad wrap so they were remaking it. They brought our food out my bun was so hard I couldn’t eat the top bun. The frys were very over done. The plate was so hot I couldn’t touch it. I’m guessing it sat under the heat lamp for a while. Overall food was ok I only ate about half of mine. We didn’t get any silverware. Waitress never came to our table so we got no refills on drinks. I gave 3 stars because she was nice when she did show up to take order, and we use to go to Red Robin all the time. The last couple times it’s gone from a 5 to a 3.

My wife ordered a burger and donuts, that was ok but the patty was red when we asked for no red meat. The chicken sandwich I got from here was so bad I threw it in the garbage I literally could not eat it the chicken was so tough felt like rubber. I also paid $5 extra for onion rings, but they gave me stale chips. I wanted to try something new on the menu, but F Red Robin. I talked to Uber Eats and they refused to give me a refund.
This was our anniversary we spent over $70 and decided to order out, thanks for ruining our night.

Had a great time here. Evan gave us the best service, on-time serving and very nice attitude. He was friendly, helpful and super nice. Location ia geat close to the mall, clean and no smell of food inside. Drink was very good had their special margaritas and boneless wings buzz flavor; fish and chips and two burgers with different flavors. Overall was a good experience, would recommend them for sure.

We’ve been coming to this Red Robin for years, and it’s disappointing how far the service has fallen in the last couple of years. We used to visit frequently because it was quick, consistent, and reliable. Lately, though, service has been slow, the staff seems overwhelmed, and the overall experience has gone downhill.
What really pushed me to write this review was our most recent visit. My youngest always orders mandarin oranges instead of fries, but this time the oranges were clearly bad. She ate a couple and immediately said they tasted off and made her mouth hurt. I tried one myself and instantly felt a stinging sensation on my tongue. These should never have been served.
I waited for our server, who was nowhere to be found, and eventually had to flag down another employee. She took the oranges back to the kitchen with a quick “I’m sorry about that,” and that was it. No manager came over, no real concern about the fact that my child had eaten spoiled fruit, and no indication that they were going to pull the rest to prevent other customers from getting sick.
Overall, the quality and attention to customer care here have really declined, and this last experience was honestly gross. I hope they address these issues, but at this point, we won’t be returning.

I have to say, Joey—our server—was incredibly kind and absolutely amazing! He was lightning fast, attentive, and constantly checked on us to make sure everything was perfect. We came to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday, and Joey truly made it feel special and memorable. From the moment we walked in until the very end, the entire staff at this location was outstanding. Exceptional service all around! I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I love this place, my fries are always hot, burgers just the way I want them and my drink never runs dry! The staff are personable, friendly and super helpful. We have never had a bad experience at RR and Laurie at the bar is fantastic. She always remembers my order after not going for months.

My waitress was Donya, and let me just say she was wonderful! I have dietary needs and I’ve never has such a great experience. She not only provided information about what I can and cannot have but she went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my meal to the fullest! It’s very hard going out to eat with dietary restrictions but servers like this make life so much easier and let me feel normal. At the end of our meal their system went down so we couldn’t pay with a card and she handled that with ease, she kept us updated and tried to accommodate the best to her ability. I hope everyone gets the chance to have a waitress like her!

Donia was amazing! I was undecided about what I wanted to eat and she helped me order a classic with a fun twist, the royal red Robin burger but substitute the patty with chicken and add avocado, so good! Loved her suggestion and the service overall from drinks to appetizer to food was really fast, friendly and fun! Thank you Donia and thank you Red Robin in Alderwood! I’ll call this creation Donia came up with the “Royal Chicken Sandwich!” Feeling royal now!
