I was so upset just walking in to the restaurant I didn’t even eat what I ordered! 5pm on the back side of the restaurant where we had to park. Human zombies doing drugs, the smell was overwhelming. This wasn’t all of the riffraff either. It felt like we were surrounded in the parking lot! We have a 6 month old baby and we were meeting family with other children. Going to Red Robin was always a family place.

Pit my name of the waitlist online, got to the restaurant to check in. He goes we dont do the online check in, even though I can see my name on the ipad. Online said 5-15min, host said 30 min.. fine we are already here. Finally get seated. The whole restaurant is filthy, once again we are here, we are exhausted and hungry. Our waitress was grest and food was good. The table behind us couldn’t pay for there meal. She goes fine it will be considered a walk out and you wont be allowed back. Like anyone is going to pay attention to that. So please tell me why I had to pay for my meal.

I recently came here for lunch and the service was great, my server was good and food was fast but was not that tasty. The four stars are mostly from the fries and chips. I ordered guacamole/salsa and tsunami shrimp. The guacamole had lots of brown avocado even though it says made fresh daily. I got there an hour after opening. The redemption were the chips, so crispy and fresh. The tsunami shrimp had a weird sweet and fruity taste that I hated. I thought that it would have more spice and veggies were good. Came , saw conquered.

The food was fine. The atmosphere is just what you would expect from a corporate chain. But the service was practically non-existent. The server that took my order was friendly enough, but I never saw him again. The server that brought my food seemed to be in a hurry, despite there only being one other table in the whole restaurant, and it was being served by a different waitress. After giving me my food, I never saw him again until I gave up on ordering another beer and decided to leave. The whole time I was there I could hear the kitchen and wait staff talking and laughing loudly. I will not return.

We sat in the bar area for dinner. The service was really good. The burgers were cooked perfectly, nice and pink. We liked the Mad Lover Burger and the new Backyard BBQ burger with bacon and pulled pork. I had my burger with the lettuce wrapped in stead of a bun.

Waited almost 10 minutes to get seated but the waitress was pretty good. Got the Appetizer Trio pretzel onion rings and fried pickles. I might not order fries with my burger next time and get just a single order of fried pickles

I took my granddaughter who likes the kids meal Mac and cheese. For me I had the salmon with broccoli and a side salad for $21. I was so disappointed. The salmon was no more the 4-5 oz so small. The broccoli was just a little more than a 1/2 cup. The Cesar side salad was I guess ok. Just bad bad BAD! Staying away from this place….

So this location isnt the best thats for sure but all in all we were very happy…. we were in town for our kids sports meet, didn’t have a lot of close to hotel options the 1st night and found this place… location/AREA definitely isnt great; bad parking options, a LOT of homeless people that were doing “things” we didn’t like our 3 kids with us to see, lot and outside was filthy because of it etc… got inside and it was super busy, a bit dirty (floors and stuff) and about a 15 minute wait but from the beginning the staff was very nice and offered updated and bar seating for adults for faster service etc…. Sat down and out waitress was GREAT, food surprisingly was fast considering how busy it was and it was all correct snd very good… even with how busy she was she checked on us every chance she could… for food and service quality alone I’d put up with the “atmosphere” and absolutely go back next time in the area.

The restaurant looked chaotic, and the staff was slow, and standing around in the kitchen laughing and carrying on while I was there to grab my takeout order. I was only 2 miles from where I came to get my order, and when I got back the food was cold, and they hadnt had it in a warming box, just sitting on a metal rack inside beside a garbage bin in the kitchen entry way. The food gave me an upset stomach and my stomach never gets upset. I will never eat at that location again, and you shouldn’t either, it is one of the worst nearly shut down looking restaurants I’ve ever been too, and the music blasting through the speakers inside and outside the restaurant was enough to make me want to stay away, itvwas so loud even in the restroom that it felt like sound warfare! If you like post apocalyptic vibes, and noise loud enough to break your eardrums then this is your kind of spot, but for humans wanting to get a burger at what is usually a decent place, do not come to this location! RUN!

The server and host were super friendly! They told us about a free appetizer deal if we signed up. I haven’t been to a Red Robin in like 10 years. It was pretty quiet but the food was great. I had the shrimp and chips appetizer. It was delicious. The meal I had was the reds tavern also very delicious. The other person that was there had the new A1 burger and they said it was SUPER good.
