Absolutely love Amy A. she’s such a sweet heart and she brought some much joy to the night.
Christian too he was a great server and overall just a very fun person.
The two of them always made sure we were good on our fries and beverages!

It’s great for burgers, desserts, and OMG those unlimited fries are the best!!! Prices are better, and food is much better, than fast food places any day of the week. Ice been ordering a burger, unlimited fries, and choice of beverage for $9.99. You really can’t beat that!

A very good experience overall, wait times were manageable, food was served warm and in a fairly timely manner, the pretzel bites tasted delicious and my bacon fondue burger was also equally tasty. The waiter there improvised when I had asked for a cherry soda and made a truly exceptional cherry cola out of the supplies at his disposal. The table was clean and the service was quick.

Our trip to this Red Robin was exceptional. The staff who assisted us, Hana, was very friendly and welcoming. The manager on duty even came over and asked how things were. Amazing experience and look forward to going again.

The item I bought wasn’t described very well to me, chicken strips made hot. I thought it would be seasoning not drowned in Frank’s Red Hot sauce. Which I appall. I couldn’t finish it. The service was great as usual, food came out quick and hot, it was less than busy for it’s time and day.

Food was just okay, and the restaurant was less than half full and our party of 6 had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a table. ??? It seems they may have been short on staff. Waiter was great. The food just seemed like a lesser version of the food I usually get at Red Robin . Nothing special because of that

This used to be one of the better locations. WHAT HAPPENED??? we didn’t get drink refills or fry refills and we had to go to the kitchen to get our own boxes because our server Debbie abandoned us and wouldn’t come back. There were few people (others also left because they waited so long) and we were there much longer than we would have liked. We also weren’t able to order any desserts because she never came back.

Depressing sums it up. No smiles or even a hint of desire to be there by wait staff. 3 servers working the floor, plus the manager, with a total of 5 tables that I counted and we couldn’t get refills on sodas or sides. Had I not gone to find our server, twice, I don’t think she ever would have stopped by. Food was decent. But service killed it and we won’t be back
