Tonight we went to have a family dinner and the food and service was horrible. Food was brought out cold, we weren’t given silverware or napkins. After waiting close to 15 minutes we had to get up and look for someone to give us silverware. By that time broccoli and fries were beyond cold. We ordered a refill of our fries well done and an extra broccoli that took so long to come out we were done with anything edible we were served (which wasn’t much). The manager who knew we were unhappy didn’t come back to check on us and no one tried to give us warm, food in a timely manner. The waiter and manager were not rude but the girl delivering the food had an attitude. Overall, not worth my time or money and I will never go there again, when there are so many other burger options out there.

The bar area at this Red Robin is always a good time. Great bartenders and service along with their happy hour specials. This is definitely a place to come back from time to time. The food on the other hand was very different. This restaurant was one of my favorites growing up but quickly found out the menu had really changed and there were no other ones of my old time favorites.

We came here for my birthday burger. We were quickly seated, and our drinks and food were served promptly. Additionally, our server was amazing. She checked in on us continuously. We have always had a good experience at the Manteca restaurant.

Fortunately, it was not a very busy night so I was seated right away. My server came right over and took my drink order. He was friendly and personable.
I ordered the cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese, and peppered bacon and onion rings. My order came fairly quickly. I noticed the onion ring seem to be a little oily however, the batter they were cooked in. They were pretty good. My cheeseburger bun had a kind of oil machine on the bun, but it was cooked as requested, flavorful as I expected.
I gave a lot of kudos to my Server, who was very attentive and checked on me several times to see if I needed anything.

Food was fresh and service was friendly, but the hidden fees are kinda ridiculous. An “entertainment fee” is charged apparently if you simply use the device at the end of the table while you wait for your food. Not a big gripe but definitely something worth noting for those who are wondering. Restaurant is also quite unclean (I know it’s a family restaurant, but still unacceptable).

In comparison to other locations, this Red Robin is always a disappointment. Service has never been great. Food is ok, but the appetizers were all way over fried and you can definitely can tell the bottomless options are something they regret here. Fry orders consist of a few fries on the plate, then the server ghosts the table. And although our orders included the bottomless fries, because we asked for fries to come out asap for a very grumpy toddler, the server said we would be charged for that order separately. The toddler meal came with fries, we were just asking for them as soon as possible, but whatever we will pay for an extra order if that’s the case. The point is that the approach of the server was just off. Our entrees were brought out staggered because the server said they split the tickets to get it faster, which made it awkward for everyone that received their food before the rest of the table. There is also no changing station in the men’s room and the one in the ladies room was broken hanging from the wall. All in all this location is a disappointment.

We used to love Red Robin, but it’s just not the same anymore. The food quality has dropped a lot while prices have gone up. The burgers taste bland now, the buns feel cheap, and the fries are either overcooked or barely warm. You can tell they’ve changed ingredients or recipes — it doesn’t have that fresh, juicy flavor it used to.

On top of that, the portion sizes seem smaller and the menu has changed so much that many of my favorites are gone. For the price they’re charging now, the food should be much better. Service was okay, but it can’t make up for how disappointing the food has become.

Really sad to see a place I used to enjoy go downhill like this. I probably won’t be coming back unless things improve.

Burger king Whopper and fries are better and cheaper.

Red Robin – Curbside Pickup Experience

I placed a curbside pickup order for 7:30 PM and arrived on time. When I checked in, the staff could not locate my order and told me it never came through, which was incorrect because I had a confirmed order.

A few minutes later, I was told the order was “being prepared.” At 7:35 PM, the system showed the order as completed, yet no one came out and there was no communication. I sat waiting with no acknowledgment while staff appeared uninterested in assisting a clearly frustrated customer.

At 7:40 PM, I finally spoke with someone who checked and said the order was ready and just needed to be packed. It then took an additional 15 minutes for the food to be brought out.

There was no apology, no sense of urgency, and no accountability. The delays, lack of communication, and indifference made it feel like this level of service was considered acceptable.

Overall, this was a very poor and inconvenient experience, especially for a curbside pickup that should be quick and efficient.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! ordered curside once there they had regular customers parking in the curside spots and once I called to inform them I was there they put me on hold for close to 11 minutes before I had to call on a second phone to which they answer immediately and never picked up the first call until I finally hung up. Worst customers service and would recommended just going to chillis or Applebee’s even McDonald’s if u want better customer service

We used to really enjoy going to this location, however the cleanliness has gone downhill. It has been over a month since we last dined here, because the last experience was horrible. We found 2 different hairs in 2 different dishes (1 in the ranch and the other in a burger). It definitely made our appetites disappear and we’ve have a hard time going back. The bathrooms have always been rough and I think it’s starting to spill over into the dining area. The staff is really nice though.
