I think the rating stand for itself for sure. The knock was the service. Came on a Friday afternoon not to busy. Unfortunately service was agh. So that’s why the knock from a 5 to a 4. The food came out fresh, accurate and at a reasonable time. The restaurant was clean. I would definitely try this location again sometime………

10/10 would recommend this Red Robin location to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Upon arriving, Ray greeted us and provided a full run down of the menu. He was extremely helpful and had such a great attitude! Our server, George, went above and beyond, and the manager, Liz, stopped by to quality check twice. Food came out fast, hot, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was very clean.

Our server Marla was amazing! She was so kind and amazing. Our food was horrible I got the California Chicken lettuce wrapped the bacon was still raw and it threw me off I couldn’t anymore. My boyfriend got the A1 burger it did not have A1 sauce or any cheese on it. Our amazing server took it back and had it remade. The second time it was better. The food quality went downhill. We were disappointed

I haven’t been to Red Robin in a while. There were new menu items, so I was able to try something different. I selected the Mad Love burger and the Ocean Blue Patron margarita. Both were great choices. Of course I had try a familiar favorite. . .the onion ring tower, and it did not disappoint! Annabelle was a wonderful server and bartender (the drink was delicious)! Per usual, the Red Robin atmosphere is always pleasant and inviting! Great place to meet up with friends!

Upon arriving Ray is such a breath of fresh air. He is the kindest human and truly makes your dinning experience amazing. We have dined a couple times for lunch and everytime our meal has been wonderful and our servers have been awesome! We will continue to choose this location!

Had a really good meal here.
If it’s busy and you sit in the bar area, our experience was rather slow service but when we’ve sat in booths as in there other location in Summerlin, the service has been fantastic. It just felt like they kind of forgot about us being out in the bar area versus the main part of the restaurant,
Other than that, the food was great!
I’ll update this review after our next visit if we go back to this Henderson location.

Had to wait to be seated, even though multiple open tables. Miscommunication happened between staff, and waited at table without ordering drinks for 10 minutes. Once food was ordered food was delivered quickly and received good service from waitress. Decent price for 2 burgers, 1 pizza, and 1 chicken fingers meal.
