hi Take
Enjoyed old style American diner atmosphere. Reasonable price but you need a few hot dogs per person.

Love this place! Been going ever since I moved to the area. Food quality is very good, service is very fast even at busy times, and the prices for dogs is really good. Any topping same price. The store is aged, but that is part of the charm. For all the right reasons, not your typical hot dog joint.

This is the second time I have been there. First time was in 2013 with my late husband and when I was in the area again 10 years later I had to bring my mom to experience the delicious dogs and throw back from my late husband’s childhood. It’s that good.

I’ve been going here for years with my family. But this time was my boyfriends first visit and he’s from out of state so it was a real treat. He loved the retro double door entry, the signage, and the ambiance, especially seeing them cook and prepare just over the counter. Dogs were hot, buns steamed to perfection (he was surprised they held up and were not soggy) . The mustard buried under chili dog sauce accented with diced onion is a great combination. It didn’t take long for him to eat the first two before he was back up to the counter for more. Tried the Polar soda and Wachusett chips, great to sample local product. Next time he wants to try a dill pickle, they looked great. Lots of people placing take out orders. You also can’t beat local history of Coney island hot dog which you get a strong sense of from the graffiti carved booths of all those who have visited.

A fun experience for the four of us, including our 96-year-old Aunt. Good dogs and sides. Affordable. Friendly service. Authentic retro interior. Lots of booths sized for 4 of the small folk of the 1930’s, upright church pews with carved graffiti. No sauerkraut.

So, so good. First time here. Friendly staff. The seating has Graffiti from Years ago!! It’s clean here and the dishes get brought to be washed every few minutes! It can be very busy here. They have a lot of local pride. All our food was great! Definitely coming back with more family

It’s just what it is a good old fashion hot dog nothing fancy smancy just. It reminds me when I was a youngin’ eating a hot dog that mom made and the chili again is perfect for the hot dog. They also serve alcohol because there is an adjacent bar. The have a jukebox playing music to go with the old school lunch hall decor. They also have burgers, and grilled cheese sandwiches. Chips and a giant jar of old school giant dill pickles. You can also get chilli on everything they cook which the call “sauce” simple plan and hits the spot
