The food was appropriate for the price. Better than fast food. The service was lacking as beer refill didn’t occur. The floor was filthy but to be fair large parties with kids left as we were coming in. We should have sat in the adult bar area instead.

Second day in a row I went to this very location hoping I would get better food and better service the second time. Not a chance, there won’t be a third time. Food is old and cold, you wait forever to get seated even when it’s not busy either time. Yesterday I waited up front without even being acknowledged for 38 minutes, the second day the timing wasn’t as bad. For the amount of workers compared to customers, they can’t handle 4 or 5 customers, I would hate to see this place when it’s busy.

The food was good. Red Robin is a chain and it’d be surprising if the food wasn’t good. However, this place was filthy and the service was bad. Our table was barely cleaned and the booth seats had crumbs so visible I was surprised the host just sat us down and didn’t say oh wait nevermind, let me get you another table.
We had to wipe the seats ourselves and clean the table with our hands because we weren’t brought napkins or eating utensils even after our food had arrived. I’ve loved red Robin for years and I was taking my girlfriend to one for the first time, and it was a horrible first impression.

My husband had the Western burger with drink and fries, I had crispy chicken wrap. The wrap did not have any flavor and It was dry so I was choking but did ask for ranch dressing which did help some. The fries were thick steak style but they are limp and soggy, like grease soaked. I was thinking I was going to get regular crisp fries like I’ve always gotten at other restaurants. The burger was ok and tasted better than the wrap. We don’t think we’ll be back.

They have new items on the menu. The bacon fondue burger is fantastic. With the fondue in a dish it’s perfect for dipping your burger and some Broccoli into it. Update: the smashed avocado burger was great with buttered brocolli. Lemon layer cake was perfect for my birthday .

Stopped by Red Robin for their Veteran’s Day deal and wanted to say thank you. It’s always great when a restaurant goes out of their way to recognize and appreciate veterans. The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Little gestures like this mean a lot and make a real difference. I usually love coming here to eat. I don’t know if they were short of help on New Year’s or what. It took forever to get food. We spent 90 minutes in the restaurant. I was never offered a refill on my fries and it was like pulling teeth to get refills on bottomless fries. Worst service I’ve ever gotten at Red Robin.

I took my boyfriend here for the first time and he loves it! He had the best first experience here thanks to the staff, our server Megan and the General Manager who introduced himself kindly and served us as well! The food is immaculate! We definitely felt the love that was put into the food! Thank you Red Robin for an amazing experience! We absolutely will be coming back!

It has been a while since we have been to the Galleria Mall Red Robin. Mainly because the last few visits at that location were not great. But this visit was much better and we commented when leaving that we will go back there again.
We sat in the bar area, and the service was very good. The burgers and fries were hot and we were checked on just enough.
When we left everyone thanked us, it was a very pleasant visit.
