When I say best waitress ever I MEAN IT. Jordan was such a joy to have. She literally made the whole night a blast. So down to earth and just so attentive to my family. Always checking in, always chit chatting and just a pleasant vibe to have. Food was great and & the margaritas are so refreshing and well deserved after a hard days work. Our little boy absolutely loved her. He says we’ll be back real soon ! 10/10 Jordan definitely coming back only to see her !!

Great experience overall! We were greeted and seated by the host Dakota, who was very welcoming. Our server Alyssa was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, and even the manager Sophia came by to check on us, which was a nice touch. Everything ran smoothly and we felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend!

I love this location! The host held the door open for my family and I and made sure we were comfortable with seating arrangements. Our server Jacklyn was super attentive but we didn’t feel hounded at the same time. The food came out great, one of the managers Sophia came over to check on us to make sure everything was perfect! Will definitely be back!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Applebee’s. The food was really good, came out quickly and hot. But the attention to detail by our server, Jaclyn, was top notch. It felt like the second I would think of something I needed, she was already at our table checking to see if we needed anything!!! She was so sweet and polite. It’s obvious she’s happy at work. Happy employees reflect good management. And that means something to me. You need ten more servers just like her. Thanks again for a great evening! We will definitely be back!

Is it normal to wait 45 minutes for your food when the restaurant isn’t even busy? Also, are the waitresses trained to get most of the orders wrong? And its a good thing that o my cheese burger is a limited time, your cooks apparently dont know how to cook them. We almost walked out. But for sure will never be back. What a disappointing experience.

Our waiter, Gregory M, turned what is usually an experience I love into an absolutely terrible one. I understand that servers handle multiple tables, but the wait time was extremely long even for appetizers and that was not because of the kitchen. We actually loved the food.
Gregory repeatedly stood around despite being told by a coworker that our food was ready. He snatched the menus out of our hands and rushed us the entire time with a very unprofessional attitude. Toward the end, he even mentioned a tip. I responded that the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced and that I was trying to leave without speaking to a manager.
He then yelled to a coworker that he was “happy he got some money.” I took my receipt and left. I will not be returning to this location this experience was completely unacceptable.
