Service has overall been good here. There are good days where the server is awesome, friendly and observant, and other days where they hardly come by to check on us, not as approachable, or they forget things often.

Ordered the arctic cod fish sandwich and teriyaki chicken sandwich, both with steak fries. The arctic cod sandwich was under seasoned, but there’s seasoning salt on the table that helped a bit. The campfire dipping sauce and the freckled lemonade was delicious, highly recommend. Environment at this specific Red Robin is especially interesting and fun as well!

I ordered the never ending salad and an order of sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the fish and chips with unending fries. Once the waitress brought our food and set it down. We never saw her again until she finally brought us a ticket. When she said our food down our french fries were cold. The fish was good as was the salad. But I never got asked if I wanted another salad and we never got asked if we wanted more front tries. When the waitress brought us our ticket and said how was the food? We were honest and said the fries were cold when she delivered them. And we would have liked to have had refills on salad. She shrugged her shoulders and said. Oh would you like me to go get you some more fries? Really?? She had two other tables each had two people. It was mid afternoon and the place was not busy at all. I don’t believe we will return for a second visit.

Service was outstanding. The hamburgers were cooked perfectly which is to be expected. The onion rings and dipping sauce were amazing. Steak fries never dissappoint. Overall a good experience.

Wow!! If you’re looking for the PERFECT place for a team lunch, this is the place. We had around 40 people, showed up an hour before our reservation (oops) still got seated immediately. Service was fantastic. Brianna and Myra were on top of it. The kitchen staff was spot on as well. Food came out correctly and super fast. Managers David and Paul were great. We’ll be back again for sure!

Unfortunately I chose to go into Red Robin off office and Jefferson today. I took video of roaches in the lobby waiting area. Our waitress was less than happy to be there and it showed. Extremely rude and poor customer service with a side of attitude. We left without even ordering. Complained to staff on the way out who just stared without a response. I will be emailing corporate about this misfortune. Food used to be good, but my experience in my first 15 minutes there didn’t allow me to see if the food is still good or not today.

My kids love this place so we go pretty frequently. It’s family-friendly although there’s also a bar and a happy hour type atmosphere if that’s your thing.

Had received a gift card a while back and finally decided to use it. I carefully poured over the menu to make sure my selection covered the criteria I felt most important at the time which was 1. Satisfy my hunger 2. Come as close to fulfilling the allotted amount on gift card and finally 3. Do not go over the amount on gift card (Most important, as I had no funds to cover). Everything looked so darn yummy on the menu so my selection process was the most difficult part of my experience I decided to have their new upside-down shake and an order of the cinnamon sugar tower. I placed the order online without any issues quite quickly I might add. The order was promptly ready for pick up and arrived just as quickly to my once I got to the location and followed the curbside pick up instructions(which were available both in my confirmation email as well as on a sign in front of my selected parking space at restaurant) My selection was under unbelievably delectable!! I’m truly amazed at how flipping fantastic both my shake and my donuts were.

The music was vibing and cleanliness to it’s perfection. The tavern burger had a lot of good flavor but the steak fries needed less salt. Overall recommended.
