First time visiting this location after being a regular at other branches. The Scorpion Gourmet Burger with a veggie patty was awesome, and the Veggie Burger with jalapeño coins was great as well. The side salad with the burger was fresh, though the garlic fries weren’t as good as they used to be. They also have a variety of dressings on the menu. The milkshakes were delicious, and I loved that they serve the refill tin alongside.

I ordered from here on door dash because I am sick and I ordered a bacon cheese burger instead of getting that I got something ENTIRELY different and this one seemed had avocado on it which I am very much allergic too. I already got a refund for this but I am still leaving the review so other people can be aware of this

we frequent this red robin & the food was, as expected, delicious. but the service? next level, gold star, tell your friends about it AMAZING. our server, julia, was an absolute wizard of multitasking despite the restaurant being packed to the brim. fry baskets appeared like magic, drinks never dared dip below half full, & somehow she was already bringing us exactly what we needed before we even realized we wanted it.
however, julia wasn’t the only standout because the whole team was on their A-game. the gentleman who brought our drinks complimented my nails, cracked a joke, & vanished just as swiftly as he arrived (a true professional with flair). we did have a small mix up with our alcoholic beverages, but fear not, the manager swooped in, fixed everything seamlessly, & somehow turned the situation into an even better outcome than if it had gone perfectly the first time. all in all, it was an experience that reminded us why we keep coming back. we will absolutely be returning & we will definitely be requesting julia again. five gold stars, no hesitation

There is a wait on the weekends, so best get there early! The staff was kind. Service was good. The food was great. It’s definitely fulfilling. The atmosphere was loud and busy, and that’s ok. I loved the decorations and buzz of the crowd there. Prices are fair. Try them during the week for their specials.

Not impressed with the quality of the food. Had a Bacon n Blue burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was okay until I bit into something hard and sharp that resembled a small bone. The manager was kind enough to comp my meal but the experience put quite a damper on our overall dining experience. The fries were cold and kinda mushy…not very appetizing at all. The burger was rather small and lacked the blue cheese and bacon flavor that I expected. My daughter had the chicken tenders and fries which were okay but not great. The meals supposedly come with bottomless sides, though wasn’t offered that probably because my plate was still full of s.p. fries since they weren’t very good.
Service was attentive. Prices a bit high given quality of food. Doubtful I’ll return.

The wife and I went here for our “free” birthday burgers. However each of us had to buy something for $4.99 or more to get them. We got the desserts. Mine was excellent. The wife said the brownie was hard. We each got a Whiskey River BBQ burger. Mine was excellent. The wife’s was pink and was returned. Second time it was excellent. I did ask for more bottomless fries, but never got them. Very busy and loud at the restaurant at 11:30 am on. Lots of kids for Monday. Maybe no school for Washington’s birthday? Must be nice.

You will find us at Red Robin at least twice a month. We just love their burgers and the kids meals and don’t get me started on the unlimited sides. My personal favorite is the lava queso.

We are from South Bend and travel for out daughters soccer team. We love Red Robin!
We flew in and drove right over got our food and it was amazing. Great service, great food, very nice staff. Manager checked on us twice. This place is the best service we have EVER had at a Red Robin.

My oldest boy is home from the Army for a short time and was craving so e Red Robin.
The staff was very accommodating, upbeat, and friendly. The food was yummy and they even offered a military discount.
Seeing as mt oldest is a bottomless pit with regards to food, the bottomless fries were a nice touch, too.
