We love this Red Robin! Everyone is so friendly, holding doors open, making sure our orders are correct and generally providing a great atmosphere. It was my birthday. I received my free burger and the staff serenaded me with great enthusiasm! Our waitress was top notch making sure our fries and drinks were refilled and very cheerful. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Use to be a regular stop for the family and I. It was great food for the price and even better beer prices. Could walk out at around 40-60 for the us 4 to eat. NOW, (July 2023) the prices have tripled. It’s just not worth what you pay, sure the food is good but $128 good? Nah. Service was great though. Cheeseburger and fries aren’t worth that. Go to Texas Roadhouse or something for that price.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Red Robin. Ordered an app and asked for a minute to look at the menu. We got the appetizer and finished it (without anything to drink) before the server returned to take our order. Several tables were seated after us, all of which had orders taken and meals on the table before she finally took our order. To top it all off, my burger and fries were so SALTY! I had to scrape the layer of seasoning off in order to eat any of my meal. The floor manager was nowhere to be found, so we paid at the table and left feeling ripped off and disappointed. I do not recommend this location.

Ryan and Mike gave exceptional service. They were aware of our drinks and bottomless sides, and replaced refilled them promptly. The teriyaki chicken sandwich was delicious. Garlic fries were hot and fresh. I highly recommend this Red Robins. The great and friendly service will have me coming back for sure. I don’t use the accessibility parking spaces but they have them for anyone that needs them.

I’ve been to many red Robin’s in my life and this one was by far one of the worst experience I’ve had. We sat at the bar, we did get greeted almost immediately, but after we got our flat beers the 2 bartenders that were “serving” us were to interested in talking to the manager about personal problems and the other one talking to the drunk bar guest, I’m assuming a regular. We finally were able to order our food, the fries were cold and my burger was not well done and the onion straws on it were soggy, not good at all. Then the chicken sandwich was rubbery…we couldn’t complain because like I said the bartenders were distracted with the drunk bar guest and a manager…definitely was not worth the $80 check we had to pay.

I had the Tavern burger and fries. Delicious. Great svc great teamwork Ryan, Bryce, Devin. The manager even came to check on me. Oooh right now they have a yummy peach shake. It truly is enough for two people. I will definitely go back.

Went in with my daughter today for lunch and had a great lunch. The southern charm burger was fantastic and cooked a little pink which is how I wanted it. It even tasted great reheated tonight for dinner. Bottomless fries were great and our server Mike was very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

My wife and I had lunch here with our out-of-town visiting vegan friends who ordered the veggie burgers with no added cheese. I had the fish and chips and my wife had french onion soup with a side salad. The food was superb, as was the service and the prices. Beer was wonderfully cold. My cod was thick, moist, crispy and not overly salted. The meal sizes were large and filling.
