This is by far the best Red Robin in the valley. For whatever reason, the food at this location is 11/10. The MadLove Burger was amazing, the best I’ve ever had at Red Robin. Onion rings, garlic fries, endless Caesar salad and rootbeer floats, what else could you want?! We arrived at 8:30pm on a weekday and still had great service the whole time. Nothing but good things to say for this location and their crew.

Riley was a fantastic server! I enjoyed laughing and chatting with him and he was very attentive. Food was pretty good too, we enjoyed getting a free appetizer with the rewards. We came when it wasn’t super busy so it was easy to hold conversations and such.

A good Red Robin location. I got the bbq style burger and they did a good job with it. They were busy but wait staff was still consistent in checking in with us. They made a mistake on my friends burger and pushed it to the kitchen quick allowing him to get it not too long after which was much appreciated as were the complementary fries they gave us. Overall a good dining experience.

Went at lunch time and got seated right away. Server was great and good food for the price. Always love the bottomless fries. Asked for fries right when we ordered drinks. Only mark down would be bathroom, totally not clean and smelled bad.

Jasmine has always provided us with excellent service! My husband and I frequent Red Robin on the weekend because we always receive friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere. She is always patient and makes sure we have our drinks and food in a timely manner without being over bearing or lingering.

Came in with my family. Our server seemed charismatic and charming at first but that quickly faded. When we asked for lemon in a water, he said no. Nothing more or less, he just told us no. We thought it was a joke until our water came and there was…no lemon? One root beer float took more than 20 minutes despite the fact we saw it sitting on the counter. The food took more than 30 minutes despite us being 1 of 3 parties in the entire place. When we finally got our food, we were quickly abandoned. No sauce, empty drinks, and not a single piece of silverware. We had to ask another waitress who got us everything we needed in less than 2 minutes. We had been done eating for 10 minutes before we even got offered more fries (they’re bottomless) and it took them another 5-10 to arrive. Not sure if it was just New Years or something else, but one of the most mediocre Red Robin’s we’ve been to. Edit: we finally got our bottomless fries and there is a hair in them. We also asked for something to go and were denied.

I can’t put my finger on it but the vibes were off when I visited a week ago. My waiter (can’t remember his name) was quite friendly and seemed to have a good understanding of the menu. My burger, the A1 Steakhouse, was delightful and the manager who visited my table seemed to be wonderful too. However, closer to the end of my meal, it felt like my waiter wasn’t as cheery as he first seemed. He was probably having a bad day but hopefully he’s better now. Saw a couple other servers with not so cheery smiles as well so it had to have been a busier morning for them. Hoping it gets better.

Overall one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes for our drink to be ordered. In that time we figured out what our children wanted to eat so we ordered for them to be delivered before our food. Another 10-15 minutes went by and we were finally able to order our food. The adults food came fairly quickly but our sons food were not brought. We had to wait for the server to come back around to request their food. We gave our fries to our sons and tho had the endless basket we were not offered more until my wife asked. Our server did not return in about 10 minutes by this time I got mad, paid and left with my family. No offers for refills no inquiries about the food or if we needed anything. The one thing I can say good is my burger was decent. Will not be returning to this location.

When we got there we waited 15 minutes to be seated. I still don’t understand why because several groups of three people came in and they were seated before us. But we were told they needed to wait to clear seats before we could get seated. I wasn’t really upset I just waited. I assumed it was because we had kids. Once we were able to be seated we were immediately greeted with our server asking us what we wanted to drink. We got our drinks in a timely fashion. And then after we were asked if we decided what we wanted yet, but we had not at that time. The woman still came around about a good two minutes later which left us plenty of time to look and order. Kids got crayons and good food. The price for everything is just perfect. They were short staffed but I’d say they did great short staffed at getting to us. We did had to flag down our server to ask her for more drinks, but she was busy and it again, was low staff so NOT complaining. Our server was VERY nice and the people who brought our food had such an upbeat personality I loved it! They helped us with extra drinks, fry sauce, to-go containers and a bag! Being so busy and short staffed they really were good! I loved my food and everything was hot and fresh and perfect!
