I used the RR Catering service for a company birthday party. Our delivery driver did a fantastic job getting our order correct, delivery, and set up in the designated area. She didn’t forget a single thing. She was pleasant and upfront that she is new to this, so I want to make sure she gets kudos for the great job she did.

Usually, this place is amazing. I ate here again last Sunday. I had the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a very long time. Service and food were at an all-time low. My burger wasn’t cooked like i ordered it, and the mushrooms were cold along with my fries. I ordered a house salad, and the salad didn’t get to me until after my burger had and only after i asked for it. The place was only at 50% capacity so lots of staff standing around and talking to each other. I won’t be back for awhile hopefully they can get it together.

I used to love going to Red Robin. The Mad Burger was my go to favorite. But in order to cut costs, because it has too many ingredients, it has been taken off the menu. The new paired down menu is boring. I tried the fish and chips, but the fish was not of a good standard. Also, whilst we were there the manager was firing people. Our waiter came to tell us he had just been let go. The manager was having a meeting at the table next to us, which I thought was inappropriate on a Saturday night at 7pm when the restaurant was busy. We had three different servers, and the last one kept asking us if everything was good etc. It was too much, because we just wanted to get on with our family meal. Obviously, she was worried that she would be fired and was making sure that the customers were well served. As you can imagine we felt uncomfortable to be in the middle of it all.

Like with any place, it’s possible to have negative experiences. I’ve had almost all good experiences and most of the staff/servers have been kind and patient. I think the management at the GJ is leading a good team for the weekends I’ve gone. I grew up in the valley and enjoy going to RR for special occasions with family or parents. Can’t speak for the bar, cause i don’t drink, but the dine in experience was good. Special thanks to the servers and cooks working hard during the lunch rush just this last Father’s Day! You guys were awesome

Gluten free, We visited the restaurant around 3:00 PM which is a perfect time it was not busy. Our food came out in 10min it was Hot a very fresh, it tasted soooo delicious. I took advantage of the bottomless Sweet potato fries…..

My significant other and I came from Utah and this was our first stop. I ordered the bacon & queso cheese burger with fries and he ordered the Red Robin’s gourmet burger with a side salad. The fries were amazing and so was the sauce!!! I just wish they’d add more fries in the basket. My boyfriend said his salad didn’t look fresh so he didn’t eat it, but his burger was decent. Our waitress was so amazing and so sweet!!! I don’t remember her name but she had medium length blonde hair. She was so nice and very helpful! She helped me sign up 🙂
