Very average at best. I ordered a dessert and it was served hollow in the middle, as if part of it was missing. Instead of remaking it, they tried to fill the gap with whipped cream. Even then, about half of the ice cream portion was gone. Overall, disappointing presentation and quality, especially for something as simple as dessert.

I came into red Robin, Rachelle was my server, and she was spectacular! She was really on top of her game, managing both the bar and at least four tables by herself . Probably the best experience I’ve had at red Robin in the last six months! She had my drink filled before I even thought about refilling it myself, Icon. Get this girl an Olympic medal in service.

Once we ordered, it took over 40 minutes to get our food. The food was not not very warm, and overall not very good. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, chicken strips and a BBQ chicken wrap. All of it was very mediocre. The only thing that was good there was the server. He was very polite and checked on us multiple times. I would have rather taken my chances and gone to a drive through to be honest…

Our experience here was amazing, we met Amanda the manager she came to our table and asked if our son wanted to play a sticker game which was wonderful. She also mentioned first tuesday of every month they have sensory days for people with disabilities for a more enjoyable experience which we didnt know about. We also had an amazing server who right away offered fries while we wait which has never been offered before and that was a nice gesture. Our food was great and i did have an issue with my pizza which management fixed right away. Other then that this was a wonderful meal and experience. 10/10 recommend!

I want to speak a little on the experience I had at this location today.
What an amazing and wonderful group of people that work here. Ali, our server, was on top of it! She was friendly and accommodating. We didn’t have to wait long for a thing!
But the reason I really wanted to leave a review was because of the Manager, Brian.
I am a restaurant manager and he provided a level of service and personal touch that I now aspire to.
He has regulars sitting behind us. He personally brought out their new onion rings for them to try and for them to know the recipe had changed.
As for me and my boyfriend, he was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He got us refills on our margarita and Jack and coke.
What an excellent experience this was. I see why regulars are made at this particular Red Robin.

Excellent service! The server was above and beyond and very helpful and pointed out the endless fries that could be swapped with salad that came with our burger. We thoroughly enjoyed the island heat dipping sauce for our fries and the spicy burger we had was cooked to perfection. We will be coming back!

I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in a long time. It was my daughter’s favorite restaurant. Had an awesome dinner here on the 4th of July. Staff were awesome, helpful, and friendly. My burger was among the best! Highly recommended!!

Had such a great experience at Red Robin! My server, Angelica, was amazing!! Super friendly, attentive, and fast. The GM also came by to check on us, which was a really nice touch. The food came out quickly and tasted great. The whole staff was upbeat and welcoming. Definitely a 5-star visit!

This was probably one of the best dining experiences we have had in a long time. We went out to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our service couldn’t have been better. Our server Chad was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure we were always taken care of, even bringing drinks before we had to ask for them and bringing our bottomless sides before our entrées. The food was excellent as well. It was just a great experience all around. It’s nice to get the opportunity to write a good review for a change, it’s a rare occasion these days in my experience.
