They have a separate fryer for fries and they marked my order as an allergy for safe handling in the kitchen. My burger and fries came out marked as an allergy and I felt fine afterwards. Server was super awesome and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been to this location on multiple occasions, yet it has repeatedly let me down. The chicken tenders are constantly undercooked, the fries are over-salted, undercooked, or old, and you’re barely checked on by staff.
Every single time I have ordered delivery from this location, the food feels thrown together with little consideration, and something is ALWAYS missing. Drinks or even entire meals aren’t included; they never give you the sauce you order (or only give you 1/4 of what you asked for). Don’t get me wrong, I love Red Robin. As one of my absolute favorite chains, though, I am pretty unhappy with this location. It additionally frustrates me that you can’t change your delivery order location.
This being said, I do want to give credit to a number of the servers. I have had more positive experiences with servers than negative ones.

So I went into red Robin this afternoon and I had a very lovely waitress however, she was very slammed. She had two large birthday party tables and but anyway, she did a great job regardless, but my problem was the burger. It tasted like it was boiled. It was not good at all, and I mean there was no frying capability to this burger at all. It was like it was just sitting in water. It was kind of cold But anyways and it was supposed to be a jalapeño burger, but it was so tasteless. I tore apart just looking to see if there’s anything on there that had any kind of flavor. The host went to sit me at a booth, but the first two booths were filthy, and then the booth that we finally chose was semi wiped off. There were still lots of crumbs and paraphernalia left on the table. The kiosk was filthy with smudgy fingerprints, and the back of it had food on it so I’m assuming they are not wiped off even though the waitress assured me they were but anyways I probably won’t be going to this location anytime soon again.

Mayra was our server and she killed it, made sure we were taken care of and was super sweet. Very attentive and asked all important questions about our food. The food was delicious and bathrooms were very clean. When I do dine at Red Robin, I’ll come back to this one, and hope I get Mayra as my server again!!

Their prices must be high to make up for the bottomless items and endless refills.
The bottomless rootbeer floats are insane and appreciated. Makes paying $18 for 4 chicken strips and 4 pieces of broccoli hurt less.
Anna did a great job as our server.
Two other people came by, brought food and cleared dishes.
They obviously all know what they’re doing.
The prices keep me away, but the service will be what brings us back.

Bottomless fries you can’t go wrong. Service was excellent. We went during rush hour, and they were still able to keep up. Great burger for reasonable price for lunch every day.

I was excited to go to this location cause it looked trendy from the outside. The art work throughout the restaurant was cool. The server was the only one on the whole side though. She was managing about 12 tables. We didn’t order until about 20 minutes after we arrived. The restroom floors we very sticky and when getting close to the restroom area there was a funky smell. The food on the other hand was GREAT! I ordered a Sand in Your Pants drink but it was very sweet. There were these Jalapeño caps that were AMAZING! The Mad Love burger was super tasty! All in all the food was great, the art work was nice but the location was dirty, sticky and smelly. We’ll go to Red Robin again just not that one.

What a huge disappointment. Usually so good, but not tonight. Ordered through Uber Eats and the cooks must think that it gives them license to ignore the mods and quality. The burgers and buns were burnt and beyond salty even though we asked for no seasoning. Requested crispy fries and they were soggy. It’s not the driver’s fault, they got the food immediately and were at my door in 7 minutes. So hit or miss; last time was excellent. This time sucked. Stick to 5 Guys, at least they are consistent. Such a bummer.

A friend and I stopped in this restaurant a few weeks ago and we were both impressed with both the food and the service. We both ordered a limited time burger special with fries and a beer. The burger was great and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive.
