Me and my friends went late at night right before they were closing and all we had to pay for all of us was a $100 bill and they didn’t have the means to do the exchange so they just ended up throwing in the free food and drinks instead!!!!!! 🙂 very kind night staff, very grateful <3 I also have a tyke of a dog who like too bark and weren’t rude about it at all!

I gotta say, I have never met an actually good kindhearted manager at a McDonald’s. Now maybe she wasn’t a manager idk. Someone took my curbside order of a fish filet, watermelon refresher. I already had a screaming baby so I was flustered nd I was almost instantly calmed down.( that never happens) Made them fresh and quick. I wouldn’t order from here unless you want your order to be wrong. This is the second time my order has been wrong when I have put very specific instructions on what I wanted. When you order a big breakfast with hash browns you want a hash brown right? To them I guess it means no hash brown.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered the McRib meal. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was told to pull forward and wait because they were “making it fresh.” I sat there waiting and waiting, and no one ever brought out my order.
I finally drove to the side door, went inside, and asked to have my order cancelled. The small Hispanic woman at the register ran to the kitchen to get my order, but again I told her I wanted it cancelled. While I was dealing with that, another employee — the person in the photo I took — was standing in the lobby and decided to mouth off to me for no reason. Completely unprofessional.
I have no idea why this location hires such rude, disrespectful employees. I will never return to this McDonald’s again. The way they treat customers is absolutely disgusting. I’ll gladly drive a little farther to the new McDonald’s on 5th & Sheridan where at least they know how to treat people with respect.

On October 29, 2025 went through drive thru and paid for my order with the woman who looks like a mix btwn Elvira and a chola from the 90s. She tried to steel my $5 dollars. I paid her 1st with a $20 and a $5, then told her i had the $1.89 and I gave it to her and asked for my $5 back. She denied she had my $5 bill all while I could see it under her drawer. I Did tell the day manager, not sure if it was really addressed and handled. So on that note…COUNT YOUR CHANGE SO YOU DONT GET ROBBED by the drive thru black haired 30 something woman.

The last three times i have ordered food from location and my fires were hard and old. Chicken nuggets were also hard and my bread was hard. I have complained through the app each time with no response. I have requested my food be remade and it was still horrible.

Orders wrong? Sure. The issue I have is their utter lack of care. We were just completely ignored by the team here after calling to report that one of our burgers had been given to us with a BITE TAKEN OUT OF IT. We called to report it and they refused to take it seriously despite the safety concern this poses. They insisted it was a prank. It’s not. The hung up on him twice while he tried to explain. I don’t expect McDonalds to be a Michelin star experience, but I do expect basic care.
