We were so hungry that I forgot to take pics of the meal and the food we ordered. But I can definitely tell you it was delicious. Our server was incredible. She took such good care of us. Even adjusting our bill because of my military service. Staff was super friendly. Best service attendant. If you go to this location. Our server Brynn is the person you want. She definitely knows how to take care of her customers.

The table next to us was very loud. The family looked like they were having a great time, so we didn’t complain. Our waitress was decent she definitely could have stopped by an extra time to check on drinks, but overall, she was a good waitress. Our food was good. I kinda miss the old style of mozzarella sticks. The new style are good, just not as good as they used to be. Royal burger is always good but messy. The area in which this red robin is located is busy.

First off, the hostess was lovely. I’ve never been shown where the bathroom is by the hostess for the most part but I know where it is here!
Our server, Morgan, delightful. Answered my girlfriend and I’s 20 questions and knows what she’s doing.
Ashley, one of the Kitchen Managers perusing the dining room, hit our table at the perfect time with some bottomless fries and a happy smile! She hit a lot of tables throughout our dining experience and looked like a manager that cares about the guest experience.
The food: Delicious. Magnificent. Delightful in every sense of the word.
The bottomless sides/drinks? Truly bottomless and they want you to ENJOY them.
10/10 service. Playlist was also a banger, 10/10 music.
Overall, successful date night with some good food and great service!!!!

I went to this location last night after walking out of the Cornerstar location, due to poor service.
I am so happy I did! Without them knowing my full experience, they were amazing and greeted me right away. I had Morgan as my server and she was fabulous! It was me and my 10 month old granddaughter and we had a nice little dinner (we were hangry!)
My burger was made correctly, I just needed to season it. Great food, nice convo and we will come back!

My wife and I have visited this location a couple of times and plan on returning soon. We are always greeted by staff and mgt, the food is great. I am writing this review to give them the acknowledgement they deserve. We decided to dine here for Veteran’s Day and their customer service was beyond great. I even received a signed “thank you for your service” card. It was special and I truly appreciated it.

This is the absolute best Red Robin ever! I look into every aspect of a business to see what could be improved and this one is worthy of being the best of the best all around experience of all my reviews! Every employee was very team oriented and worked seemingly together to make sure the customers were satisfied. Morgan was positively the best waitress ever and Faith is also the busiest manager there could ever be. Any restaurant that is looking for the best possible employees should recruit them on the spot. From the time you walk in the door you know that it is a welcoming and happy place that you want to be! You owe it to yourself to check it out!

Our server who never gave her name was awful. She completely ignored us probably because we started off water and had two toddlers. Other tables came after us and all got their food and checks before us, it took me having to ask for boxes and got only a small one when we had three entrees, to show we were done eating. She had an attitude of annoyance even though our children weren’t noisy and watching Bluey. Complained to the manager but she didn’t seem to care and only gave us a card for a free appetizer. Didn’t leave a tip and she said “I knew I wasn’t gonna get a tip”. That server knew why she wasn’t getting a tip. Horrible service. Don’t start with water, the service may be awful if you do at this location.

I had not been to a Red Robin in a little bit, and this was my first time at this one, but it was so worthwhile! Our server was extremely helpful and the manager very attentive! They kept coming around to check on our group and service was excellent! The food came out quickly and everything was on point and delicious! I typically prefer sweet potato fries over regular fries, but Red Robin’s garlic fries are amazing! Glad we ordered both! Keep up the good work! I am definitely going back!

Saturday July 27th on our way home after the tiring trip to the Renaissance Festival in Larkspur, we stop for linner.
We were quickly seated and our server, Dave, asked how we were. I said, ” We are hot and we’re fried! We just came from the Renaissance Festival. “
Someone else said– we would like waters please.
Within a couple minutes, Dave had returned to the table with waters and straws and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered. I just ordered the endless salad, which had cucumbers, which I love. And the others ordered a mushroom burger, 1 with broccoli and 1 with salad.
When we were done ordering, I asked Dave, “Do have anything we can make paper airplanes out of?” Which I probably wouldn’t of asked if I wasn’t hot and fried. Dave said yes, immediately brought us children’s menus. And in less than 30 seconds made a Ring Plane, He called it something else, and said we could fly the airplanes in a section that didn’t have people that we would bother. He also shared that his Dad used to work for Boeing when he was growing up.
Throughout the rest of the meal, it was like Dave had eyes in the back of his head, whenever we needed something, he was there. He had other people he was serving too. One of the others said that he reminded her a little of Robin Williams because of his kindness and willingness to roll with it.
It was so refreshing to have one of the best servers I have ever had in my whole life, especially after the hotness and craziness of the Renaissance Festival.
I wish I could give Dave an award for being either the best, or the coolest or both.
