My daughter and I stopped in for a late lunch today, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the hostess told us it would be a few minutes before we could be seated, but a service manager took us to a booth right away. There were only a handful of tables occupied, including the booths in front of and behind us.
My daughter went to the restroom, so I planned to order her a drink while we waited. The service manager then went to the table in front of us and took their drink orders because their server was busy. Within about five minutes, their drinks were delivered and their order was taken.
Meanwhile, we were never acknowledged. During that time, I watched the table behind us receive service multiple times, and another nearby table was also checked on several times. A new family was seated about 10–15 minutes after we arrived, and their server came to take their drink order before anyone had come to our table.
At that point, I walked up to the counter where several employees were standing and asked, “Excuse me, can someone come take our order?” I was told someone would be right over, so I returned to the table. After waiting a few more minutes, I noticed the same employees still standing there, now just looking in our direction, with no one coming to help us.
After waiting approximately 20–25 minutes without even being greeted or having our drink order taken, we decided to leave. As we were walking out, an employee asked if we were leaving, and I explained that we were going somewhere that would actually take our order. He apologized, but made no attempt to fix the issue.
There were only about five tables in the restaurant, and others who arrived after us were served while we were completely overlooked. Based on this experience, I would not recommend coming here if you are hungry or expecting timely service.

We had a great experience coming here for dinner. Our server Lauren was extremely nice and attentive. I would come back just because she was such a good server. The place was decked out for chritmas with lights. Customer service at the highest! The only thing I was sad about was my to go salad didnt come with chicken.

We haven’t been here in a while but just had to get in for a good burger. Service was quick and our order was accurate. The food was tasty and just what I would expect!! It was quiet since we went in after the dinner rush and we got to enjoy the game in the bar.

This is a fun place it’s big the food is better than Chucky cheese, but it’s still a children’s play place. Great menu though. It’s more like a Jungle …. But the price no parent discount so it cost $27 to take one kid even if you are not playing…. And 40 if you go past one hour. That part sucks I have no problem paying a little for me but to take a kid to run off energy get out of the house that’s a pretty steep price. I guess you better join the fun get your $ worth

I mediocrity is what you desire this place is for you. The service was ok, the waitress ensured to check in. The food on the other hand was fairly plain and bland. I do not recommend unless you have eaten here and you enjoy the good. Otherwise there are many more burger places with better flavor. Although their steak fries are pretty good, but not enough for me to return.

We normally have good service at your Castle Rock Colorado restaurant but we have had a few very disappointing experiences over the last several months.
The most recent was on Wednesday 11/26/25.
We were seated in a booth with other customers around us. We were looked at by wait staff but no one ever attempted to come over to help us. The restaurant was not over packed. We waited for over 21 minutes. Since no one approached us we walked out. We went to your restaurant in Greenwood Village and we were pleasantly served immediately.
I do not feel it is up to me to look for someone to help us.
It is your staff responsibility to have our needs met.
On the way out I told the front desk that they need more wait staff and that we were very disappointed with lack of service. I do not want to drive customers away but I hope that they are treated better than we were.

Pretty typical layout for a Red Robin. It’s definitely a family-friendly environment. We were seated immediately and had a solid waitress. Food came out quick, all at once. Apps and mains at the same time. I had the Scorpion Burger, which wasn’t nearly as spicy as I was hoping. The ground beef used wasn’t the best quality, but it was medium rare as ordered. The wife had the “island hot” bone-in wings, which she enjoyed, and a side salad. I had a couple of wings, and they were decent but nothing to write home about. Their peach tea is pretty good. We finished by splitting an Oreo milkshake, which was served in two shake glasses. I’ve had better shakes at fast food restaurants, as well as other Red Robins. It was pretty mid, but it was good enough. All in all, it was not exactly a show stopping experience, but it served its purpose. We left full. That said, this Red Robin was really just a glamorized fast food joint with dishes instead of boxes/bags and a good waitress instead of a cashier. Might just save a couple of bucks and eat at Burger King down the street next time we are in the mood for this kind of food. There is no difference in the quality of ingredients.

me and my friend LOVE going to red robin and normally the service is amazing but this time not so much. the woman came over and i’m pretty sure her name was peace but i’m not too sure but i know it started with a p. anyway she took our drink order and food order at the same time and somehow our dr pepper and lemonade came out AFTER our food came out which doesn’t make much sense. we had a nice couple next to us that she was being very very nice to, checking up on them. then would just walk right past us not say anything or even speak to us. i don’t know if it is because we are teenagers but i think it’s a little off putting. i work in the restaurant business as a server and i personally wouldn’t treat my tables like that. you may call it over reacting but the only time she spoke to us was when she took our order and after we closed out on the tablet. definitely not the best service i’ve ever had.

They sat us immediately. I asked the host for a booster seat instead of telling me they only had high chairs he just lied and never came back. We weren’t givin any silverware to start. I ordered my a house margarita with a water. Took 10 minutes just to get my drink then it had no alcohol in it. And I never got my water. However our server was friendly checked on us got us everything we needed. Came back frequently to make sure everything was okay and he took our order correctly and went above and beyond to make our experience good except my water ha but then we get our food .. we ordered 2 burgers with side salads and fries and corn dog bites for our kiddo. When they took the order they ask if u want pink or no pink in the burger we both ordered no pink and made it a point to say well done burgers more than once because this is always a problem here our burgers came pink and mine was not even cooked all the way at all almost all pink I couldn’t eat it. The burgers came on the same plate with the salad .. didn’t like that they usually give us a bowl for the side salad. I’m about ready to just get up and leave after my burger but I’m like whatever I’m hungry now so I’ll eat the lettuce in my salad was brown and disgusting and I can’t bet it was above the temp it was supposed to be I’m a manager at a restaurant so that made me angry the lettuce was bad .. over all not a good experience… we really like red Robin but after several bad experiences we probably won’t go back to this particular restaurant they need more staff and more concern over how their food is actually going out .. I paid and left I was not happy I’ve complained before and got treated in a negative way so I just left after paying didn’t eat our burgers or our salads … just yuck

Title: Fantastic Service at Red Robin in Castle Rock!
I recently dined at the Red Robin in Castle Rock, Colorado, and I must say, it was a delightful experience, largely thanks to our server, Brody. From the moment we arrived, Brody made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with genuine enthusiasm.
Not only was he knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations for both food and drinks, but he also checked in frequently to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly demeanor and quick service truly enhanced our dining experience. We never felt rushed, yet our meals arrived in a timely manner, and he was always there to refill our drinks.
The atmosphere at this Red Robin was lively and fun, perfect for a casual night out. The food, as always, was delicious—the burgers were cooked to perfection, and the bottomless fries are a must!
If you’re in Castle Rock, I highly recommend visiting Red Robin and asking for Brody. His exceptional service is sure to make your meal that much more enjoyable!
