Haven’t had Red Robin for years. I’ve missed their juicy burgers!!
My boyfriend got the Southern Charm burger, which was yummy and the Whiskey River bbq sauce was the perfect touch. He also got the onion rings, which were nice and crispy. Just wish he got more of it, since it’s the only side that’s not bottomless. I got the smoke and pepper burger, which was delicious! I really enjoyed the black-peppered bacon. I also made sure to order another bowl of fries, which we sprinkled more of the yummy seasoning. Overall, a yummy experience and our waiter was really nice!

Nothing wrong with a good burger from red robin. The staff are always friendly and the food is always good. Never had an issue here. So why four stars? I wouldnt say the place is perfect but its definitely top 10 burger places.

Came here for dinner on a weeknight, great all around!
We had the cheesy mozzarella twists for an appetizer, these were really good. Definitely get these if you’re a cheesestick person, ask for ranch too… they have that ranch you wanna take home with you, lol. Burgers & wings, no complaints. Nice to see various heat options for the sauce options. My friend’s wing basket was full, pretty good deal for the price. I had one of the tavern burgers, the haystack double, with onions rings. The onions rings are huge, when you can’t fit it in the dip container that’s not necessarily problem. 🙂 Crispy, not greasy, & the batter doesn’t fall apart or crumble when you bite into it. Burger was excellent as well, juicy & full of flavor. I know that my friend also enjoyed her burger, she had a cheeseburger of some sort.
Atmosphere is bright & lively without it being too loud or crazy. Staff is wonderful! The host greeted us immediately upon arrival, held the door open when we arrived & left, he also seated us quickly. Jacob was our server, fun guy & very attentive, constantly checking in with us. Our friend was running late because of a major wreck but he was patient with us as we waited for him & enjoyed our appetizer just chatting away. Also, great sense of humor & his ability to hear me out when I asked about marshmallows. Lol.
A+ experience all around. Good service, food, prices, & atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping here to have a chill time with friends.

I just wanted to say I don’t do reviews really and I had to this time! This was my first time ever eating at Red Robin and I was definitely impressed! First off, I only tried because signed up and received a birthday reward which was for a burger but I’m so glad I went in. I didn’t know was like restaurant style VS fast food type. So the guy who sat me at my booth was super welcoming and nice and went over everything and even suggested items. My waitress was very sweet and friendly and welcoming also. The food was awesome!! So fresh and hot and tasty You even got unlimited fries with burger and I even tried the root beer float which was unlimited I was stuffed by the time I left. Even the cooks or kitchen staff checked in and asked if burger was good and if wanted more fries. I was greatly happy with my first visit and will be back!! Hoping the family and friends will try soon!

March 6th 2026 5:16pm walked in husband got a booth because we were starving. On the way to the restroom I noticed floor is very sticky not a good sign get in the restroom every stall 3 of them to be exact were disgusting. Told the lady that seated us about the restroom and she was not worried about it so we left right then. Sad thing it wasn’t even busy and well after a lunch rush there is no excuse. I’d hate to see the employees restrooms at there home. Very unsanitary place!

I’ve only been to Red Robin locations a couple times. I went for my brother’s 20th birthday recently and wow, was I impressed! There was a large group of us and the young lady serving did a good job managing it all. The food was delicious! I enjoyed and ate all of my hot bone-in wings, the warm fries were enjoyed by everyone, the crispy Yukon chips were good, my son enjoyed his plain kids burger with a white milk, and I had a perfect sweet tea (the right amount of sweet). The price was fair and I would go back again!

We went to Red Robin around 7pm last night, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t been in years, so I wanted to try it again. We started with the mozzarella cheese twists, and they were so good, super fresh, perfectly fried, and the cheese was just oozing. The marinara and ranch were on point too. We tore through the whole appetizer.
For my meal, I ordered the Royal Red Robin burger, but I swapped the patty for Impossible meat, and it was delicious. I was completely stuffed, I couldn’t even finish the whole meal. I also tried the coconut cola, it was a little sweet for me, but if I had asked for a little less coconut, it would’ve been perfect. Still, I’d definitely order it again.
Overall, I left feeling full, happy, and really impressed. The server was nice too.

Very disappointed in tonight’s visit. It is my daughter’s birthday, she chose to go here for her birthday, and the service was awful. We went right before 7pm, so it’s not like it was close to closing. The restaurant was not that busy, but for whatever reason our server, I believe his name is Noah, decided he didn’t want much to do with us. It took him quite a bit to get to us to begin with. We were cordial when he did get to our table, and when we asked him how he was doing, his response was a snappy, “Well, it’s getting pretty busy.” It wasn’t. Half the restaurant was empty. He delivered our drinks, took our order, and off he went. The manager served our food, and we never saw our server again. One of us, the birthday girl, needed a refill, and that didn’t happen. Our server managed to take care of the 3 tables seated behind us without issue. Finally, I approached the manager to ask for a refill and to let him know that we had not seen our server since he took our order. We got an apology from the manager. Another server brought my daughter her drink. After another 5-10 minutes, our server came to ask how everything was tasting, all of our plates were pretty empty. We said no. He walked off. He came back about 5 minutes later, asked if we wanted any refills, we said no, just bring us the check please. He did, we paid, we left. Not once did he apologize for his service. Just very disappointing…..I understand all too well how it is to be a server, but I do not understand completely ignoring a table that you keep walking by, and not apologizing

I had the fish and chips, it was really good. My wife had the Caesar salad and that was pretty fresh too, but the chicken on it was a little disappointing. We went with a couple of people and the waitress was very attentive. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
