The atmosphere of this place is great. Very inviting the service we got is amazing, can’t complain! Our server is very attentive, friendly, polite and most of all she help us recommend other food. Red Robin has been our favorite restaurant since. I always order their triple RRR burger (Royal Red Robin). Give it a try everyone:-) Highly recommend to you all!

Had an excellent experience here. We had the best service. And the food was really good. I got the Mad Love burger and it was so good. My friends got the mushroom burger and they enjoyed that one as well. Everything was hot and fresh.
Bernardo was our waiter and now when we come back, we will be asking to be sat in his section. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we’re well taken care of during our meal.

First time eating at this place, we had tried on past occasions and unfortunately we couldn’t make it or something different. But we finally ate here, I can honestly say we have now found a burger place that tastes really good. In my opinion and my feedback the food quality was excellent, they have various choices not only burgers. And even though front person miscommunicated our phone number for the wait time since there was a delay in sitting on a Friday night, they apologized and we all moved on very kindly and seated right away. Now our waiter AJ he definitely made this experience the best! From courtesy to recommendations, he definitely delivers customer service that not many places have anymore. So that’s why I gave this place a 5 stars. We will be back and I would recommend people to stop by and check it out.

The food as always was good. Our server Ariel was not very happy to be there. She barely greeted us. We saw her a total of two times… once for our order and the other to bring our food. I flagged the manager down and instead of coming to ask if we were ok to told her your table wants you. 100% disappointed all the way around.

This is the worst Red Robin I have ever been in. From the front door to leaving absolutely horrible. It started at the front door when we arrived. It was just before 4 pm on Saturday Feb 21, 2026. We walked in and there was a waiting line at 4 pm which I found very odd. We waited for 30 minutes to be seated. There were aa lot of people waiting. When we were taken to our table we saw that only about 1/3 of the tables had people at them. So we are completely confused as to why there was a waiting list. Most of the restaurant tables were empty. So we placed our order for drinks and the server brought our drinks and couldn’t remember which was Coke and Coke Zero. He should know but didn’t. I ordered garlic parm fries. When they arrived it was like a whole bunch of jar garlic was dumped on them and no parm. The fries were soggy and gross. Absolutely disgusting. I asked if he could just bring me regular fries and I was done eating by the time they arrived. I have eaten at several Red Robin restaurants and this made McDonalds look good. Don’t waste your money here.

Alex (Hispanic with tattoo on neck) was our server. EXCELLENT SERVICE!! My son and I came by for a quick dinner. He was so attentive and by far the best service I’ve had in a really long time. He was super friendly, quick with service and what we needed. Thank you! You should definitely have him train the others. We’ll be back and we’ll ask for Alex again.

We moved to the area four years ago and have been dining at this Red Robin ever since. What truly stands out is the consistency. EVERY SINGLE VISIT, the food is excellent, the service is attentive, and the experience never disappoints.

Ordered togo 30 minutes prior to arriving to restuarant. When I arrived I was told that they were busy and they forgot to put my order in. I waited another 15 minutes for the food to be ready. i asked to speak with the manager and he told me he would put my order in ahead of current orders. I assumed he would make some adjustments on the bill or offer something for my inconvenience, however he did not. $40 for three burgers that took 45 mintues to make.
