Today was great! I know everybody was at home but our waitress Carla was the best! Also we got the Parmesan fries we didn’t know it was big so be aware.
Parmesan Fries: 10/10 served with ranch but u can substitute
Spicy Chicken Bites: 10/10
Spinach Dip: 10/10 served with pita chips
We also got the kids meal and that one was sirloin but it was $11. Overall it was great!

Stopped in for a quick solo dinner while I waited for my daughter to finish at a birthday party. Sat at the bar and received quick, friendly service. I always get the same thing but the bartender convinced me to try the rice instead of a potato and it was actually a great suggestion. I enjoyed my meal and appreciated the prompt service.

LongHorn Steakhouse typically has a solid reputation, and I’ve always considered it a reliable choice for a good family meal. However, as someone who pays close attention to detail, I couldn’t help but notice a few things during our recent visit.
Upon arrival, my family and I were seated promptly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I immediately noticed that the floors around us were quite dirty. It seemed the focus was only on cleaning tables, leaving the floors neglected. I glanced around to see if this was just our area, but it appeared to be the case throughout the restaurant. I understand it was a busy Sunday evening, but maintaining cleanliness should always remain a priority — a quick sweep or vacuum could have made a big difference.
Aside from that, the restaurant itself still carries that warm, rustic, and cozy ambiance LongHorn is known for. The low lighting adds an elegant touch and makes for a comfortable dining experience.
The menu, as always, offered a wide variety of quality options at fair prices. I ordered the Ribeye, my wife had the T-Bone, and my son went with the Baby Back Ribs. We also started with the wings appetizer. Everything was flavorful and cooked well, though my steak came out more rare than medium-well, the staff corrected it quickly without hesitation.
Our server, Lexi, was efficient but lacked warmth. She wasn’t rude, but her demeanor felt indifferent as if she just wasn’t engaged. I did notice she was more cheerful with the table behind us, which made me wonder if she knew them personally. Regardless, consistent friendliness and attentiveness go a long way in hospitality.
While the food was delicious and the atmosphere inviting, the lack of floor cleanliness and the uneven service left room for improvement. I’d still consider returning because of the food quality and overall experience, but I’d hope to see better attention to detail next time.

Our visit to this location was lovely with the exception they something broke in the kitchen and we were unable to get the cherished French Onion Soup.
The substitute option lobster chowder was good but wasn’t the Fench Onion Soup.
I find it relatively odd that the steak arrives on a large plate by itself, rather than a smaller plate. Not the first time this has happened and probably due to the sides we order.

My Wife’s Favorite Restaurant for her Birthday every year! Her and My Step Daughter both had the NY Strip with Parmesan Crusted Topping and I Had The Cowboy Pork Chops! All Salads were delicious! So was the Hot Bread. Both my Wife and Stepdaughter ‘s Steaks were delicious and The Pork Chops were delicious as well . The only beef I had was when I saw how Much Cinnamon Sugar was Dumped on top of my Wife’s Sweet Potato!! OMG Diabetes Take The Wheel!! Cooking 101 ..You Mix in the cinnamon together with the sugar and fold it into the Butter..not Carelessly Lazy dump it on the Butter and Potato!! I would have sent it back but it was my wife’s birthday and I didn’t want to spoil her dinner..but I took a picture of the Butter and she already had dusted off the sugar on the potato! Our Waitress was Amazing !!

I have been to many longhorns, but this one was more new than any of the others I been too. Very clean, wait time without reservation was not to long. The service was great and food was hot and good. It is a bit cold in there so you may want to dress for the cold dining room.

waited for 20 minutes for a table for To which was fine until we made it to our table and then Waited another 20 minutes for a server to come take our drink order, but no one ever came. Finally stood up and decided to leave. I let the host know on the way that no one had ever come wasted 40 minutes of my time for no reason.

Unfortunately, my experience at this LongHorn Steakhouse was underwhelming. I’m not sure if it was the location of our table directly in front of the busy restrooms, the lack of cleanliness, or the poor food quality—but the overall visit fell short.
The one bright spot was the service. Our waitress was clean, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
However, the food did not appear or taste freshly prepared. I expected more from this brand.

We came on a Thursday night and it was bustling for dinner. I ordered the strawberry lemonade (which was fantastic) and the salmon with a loaded baked potato and Brussel sprouts. We had a bit of trouble getting service (like drink refills and dirty silverware). Our waiter was not very attentive and we basically had to hunt him down for the check. The food was good but the service wasn’t great.
