The wait time was fast. We were seated and asked about drinks and appetizers which also came very fast. Our server was very nice and friendly. Our food came right away. This was my first time here. I will definitely be back.

Disgusting. Served RAW chicken. The server promptly went back and was joking around about food poisoning with 2 other servers. Not funny at all. Hoping I don’t end up with food poisoning. The place was disgusting…every table dirty and everyone standing around talking so no it wasn’t a lack of help. So upsetting when I just had a baby. It’s bad enough I could get sick but the seriousness of this was joked around about. What if I were pregnant or low immunity? Do so much better

We ordered our food and selected a 30 minute time slot to pick it up. Our food was given to us 20 minutes late, the grill slip showed that it had been done 25 minutes prior. I was told that it was sitting under heaters the entire time and they were busy and couldn’t bring it out. I requested that they remade our food because I ate a single fry and it’s cold which wasn’t surprising as it’s a half hour old at this point. I could see and hear the waitress complaining and talking rudely that I requested for her to remake my food. I’m pretty sure they re-dipped or re-heated our already old food and called it good. It tasted terrible and looks terrible. Super disappointed in their service, customer service and food quality tonight.

It was a great experience with the staff and atmosphere, really enjoyed the endless portions. I ordered a burger, it was cooked just fine, nothing the cook did wrong by any means, I just couldn’t taste the flavors as everything tasted similar; wet. Onion rings were delicious, and I enjoyed the steak fries. My daughter ordered the pizza, and I know it’s not a pizza joint, but it was disappointing. However, the chicken sandwich my wife ordered was legit! Very little breading, and plenty of chicken!

Had a great meal with quick friendly service. Haven’t been to a Red Robin in awhile, but remembered why I liked it so much as a kid. It was very busy but we promptly received service and our food. A very family friendly place for a nice dinner?

What a fantastic place!! Super busy, but service was amazing! Our waiter Tony was on top of everything, and he definitely knew how to joke around. Red Robin should be proud of Tony and their staff! We will be back!

We went after a movie on Father’s Day, so we were expecting it to be busy. We were greeted after standing at the host booth for almost 5 minutes. Understandable for a busy Sunday. But there were plenty of open tables and no servers running around flustered. We waited for another 5 minutes before our server greeted us and took our drink orders. Since we had been sitting there long enough, we already knew what to order, so we did. About a minute after we were seated, another family was seated next to us. They ordered all of their items after us, but their order (including appetizers, which we did not order) came before ours. When we got our meals, our fries were cold, and burgers were luke-warm at best. At least when I ordered more fries, they were hot. The server was friendly enough, but improvements can be made.

Tonight we ate in the bar area around 9:10pm. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. She made sure our drinks and fries were always full. This girl’s work ethic was phenomenal she never stopped and was always on the go (cleaning up the bar / tending to her customers) which says a lot considering many others were standing in the back socializing the whole time (and I’m not talking about the cooking staff). This girl needs a raise and recognition from management! We did our part upon exiting thanking her and letting her know her great work ethic didn’t go unnoticed. Food was good! The freckled lemonade is awesome along with their root beer floats! We will be back.

Terrell was so rude right from the beginning. He got flustered for no reason, he had nothing but attitude and when I spoke to him he didn’t care and got us a different server. Jamie was nice and made up for the horrible inexcusable customer service from Terrell. He needs to stay away from customer. Through dinner he kept glaring at our table and rolling his eyes at us. Food was good at least. Always like Red Robin’s won’t let this ugly experience ruin that.

Great service and greater burgers! I had the Burnin’ Love Burger and my girl friend had a Whisky BBQ Burger. They were extraordinarily juicy and tender. The waiter was very friendly and prompt even though the restaurant was packed during rush hours. We were treated to an appetizer that normally wasn’t “bottomless” and ended up only eating the one bowl of cauliflower fries.
