I ordered my pizzas online and they were not correct. However, I advised the young and he advised they could remake them and the timeframe it would take to remake. This place is on point! I did a mobile order and several at the counter and every time I am leaving this most (slightly exaggerated) prestigious establishment; I may not physically smile, but my heart is before, during and after pickup!

I never reveal my slyness to myself and betray the misinterpreted understanding that I provided the pie to stave my hunger. Little does it know (most likely knows nothing of the sort) that Little Ceasar cooked up and served the delicacy on which my stomach is now thriving!

Food was pretty good. The place is left to be run by the youth, which they seem to do okay. While they appear mostly high and eating more food than they are serving, they seem to do okay. Who needs responsible management anyhow?
UPDATE: Reducing from Three-Star to One-Star.
Unfortunately, I do not carry a pizza cutter around with me. If so, I would have done the simple gesture that is expected which is to cut this pizza before selling it. Had to tear it apart, and you see the result. The cardboard the pizza is served in is probably more enjoyable. This location is hopeless.

My order process online was easy. My food was prepared quickly, and once I arrived I was able to type my personal code to retrieve MY OWN ORDER WITHOUT THE EXTRA HANDS.

Served me a UNDERCOOKED PIZZA! i checked the pizza once i got home & noticed the issue. so i called to inform him the issue. he stated he would compensate me due to me not being able to drive back that same night due to the freeze warning in jax,fl. Fast forward days later when i tried to pick up a remake he acts confused & tell me i need to bring the pizza back (mind u this is days later & he never informed me this prior. so the item was discarded). so the issue was not resolved. horrible customer service.

This place is HORRIBLE!! I ordered 3 pizzas through the drive thru and after 30 minutes of waiting had to go inside to figure out where my food was. It took another 8 minutes of the employees talking to eachother in the back and walking around laughing together before I finally had to call out to someone to get their attention. Then they try to give me 1 decent pizza… 1 wrong pizza… and 1 that had a pile of grease in the middle. Then when I complain the girl tells me that all she can do is remake it which would have me waiting another 15 minutes. So because I had a bunch of hungry kids at the house I went ahead and politely accepted the pizzas and decided to “fix” them at home. Before leaving I asked for the name of the GM and when he/she would be in and the girl starts smiling and tells me she’ll call her right now. The most aggravating part of the whole experience is that while waiting in the drive-thru spot outside for the initial 30 minutes, the woman next to me warns me to watch out bc she was waiting over 35 minutes for her order and finally went inside to complain and was told that they couldn’t find it and had forgotten. And what do you know, the same thing happens to me. If you want lil ceasars, go to the one on Wilson or the one on 103rd… this one is a joke!! It’s being run by a bunch of kids that have no idea what customer service is and could care less about your time! By the time I walked out the entire lobby was full of people with one complaint or another… the entire business is just sad. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

“Avoid this Little Caesars on Normandy Blvd. Absolute disaster. I placed an order hours ago, but never received my food. The service is nonexistent, and they clearly don’t care about their customers. I am very disappointed on the January 7th order. I order from this Little Caesars regularly and have never had food this horrible looking before. As pictured, this is a picture of the Italian cheese bread, it looks awful. It’s covered in grease and seasoning and is hard as a rock.
