I went with my daughter and her family. Our server was Royalty, yes, that is her name and we had lunch. I got the burger with the egg on it. I can’t remember what it was called, but it was really good. My daughter and her husband both got the Cobb salad and my four-year-old granddaughter got the pizza. Our server was great, the food was great and we didn’t have to wait for a table. They have ample handicapped parking and the restaurant has tables besides booths, so it is wheelchair accessible as well.

We went here for an impromptu date night and our server Lara made the night so very special. We stayed all the way to close and the entire time the vibe was very enjoyable and welcoming. I liked the food too. I got a shroom burger and it was very good. I highly recommend this for a date night, especially for the great service.

Predatory tablet! Fries were not fresh! Burger was meh, not great, not super flavorful.
The worst part is the tablet. They charge you an extra 2.99 just for touching the screen. Didn’t even see an option or notice. This is basically a scam. You need to take those off the tables. It is legalized theft!
Also, idk what the issue was, but it was super slow getting people seated and it wasn’t even that full. We had just traveled and needed a spot to eat so that was why we didn’t leave. Should have just left as it would have meant not having cold, stale fries, and being scammed for simply touching the tablet to try to look at the menu.
Stay away! A lot of better options!

Got the Hawaiian burger I love. It was completely covered in the sauce though and the last few bites were bland without it. The sweet potato fries were great. The issues I had were that this place is freezing inside. There is no music and tv sound is off so you hear every conversation going on. And the food took a while to come out, considering the minimal crowd.

We noticed that the servers at other tables were very friendly and energetic, which made the atmosphere enjoyable.
Unfortunately, our server seemed quite overwhelmed. One of the side dishes was incorrect, and we were not provided with knives.

Our Volleyball team came in for dinner on busy Sunday night, and Cory went out of his way to accommodate seating for all 25 of us. We even added extra people at the last minute and he was flexible and gracious. Our server, Kylan, was excellent and efficient. He did a great job of taking orders and matching up players with their parents, even though we weren’t all sitting by each other. Food was delivered promptly and correctly, and we were amazed to have received such quality service with such a big group. Highly highly recommend.

Me and my co worker went before we had somwhere to be to get food… The host rolled her eyes at us when we said we wanted to sit at the bar. Sat there for 15-20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We made eye contact with MULTIPLE employees and yet… nobody said anything to us. Finally someone does and she was extremely extremely RUDE. We were nothing but nice because we work as servers/ bar tenders so we understand. The drinks took an additional 10 minutes to make. We got out food long before we got any of our drinks and she was extremely rue the entire time. We weren’t needy or impolite, we just simply went for a drink and an appetizer. We will not be back. EVER. wish i got the bartenders name too mention her. TERRIBLE.

Not the best food this time. The zucchini fries were soggy and warm not hot (had two orders and they were both the same). Fries came out like they had been under a warmer and not fresh and the broccoli was lukewarm as well. (The waitress did offer to get fresh/hot replacements for both the fries and broccoli which was welcomed). It’s almost like they plated the food at different times while waiting on something else to finish.
Despite this, I still wouldn’t have written this review except for the dessert. We ordered a few dessert items to eat there and an order of donuts to go. We had to wait on the donuts, but since they were to go, we went ahead and paid the tab so we could leave right after. When the donuts finally arrived they looked so good that we wanted to taste one. The first thing we noticed was the smell. They smelled like onions, but we thought it was just because they were cooked in the same area, but nope! Apparently they decided to fry the donuts in the same oil as the onion rings, so the donuts both smelled and tasted like onions. Even your hands smelled like onions after handling them. We went to find the waitress and since we had already waited for the donuts, we didn’t want to wait again for another batch (plus that would have run the risk of having the same problem). So instead we opted for the lemon cake, which by the way was cheaper, but since we had already paid the bills, we couldn’t get a price adjustment and told the waitress not to worry about the difference. You would have thought they would have added an extra piece of dessert or some kind of compensation for our wait and their mistake, but no, they just made the exchange and we left. The service was good, but the food was less than desirable. I’ve always liked Red Robin, especially the fries, but hadn’t been in awhile. So, I don’t know if this was a one off situation or if the quality of the food has just decreased over the years.

My first time ever at Red Robin & it was amazing! My girlfriend and I had just missed the church lunch rush and it was nice & quiet! Our waitress, Kay (I believe is her name), was soooo attentive and funny! She even gave us a nice little surprise!!! Our fried pickles were the best I’ve ever had & I loved my Mushroom burger! I had no idea you got bottomless fries or onion rings!!! I do wish I had a little more mushrooms but overall everything was excellent!!!
