I love the variety of chicken and burgers available. Most importantly the beverage consistency is wonderful! The workers make sure to get refills placed on their tablets for others to bring to you as soon as they see your drink needs refilled. The stacking tower of onion rings are really good!!
So far each visit all the workers have been excellent. Drake has been are favorite so far as we’ve had him many times!

The entry hosting was awkward by all means so I bypassed the guy and sat at the bar. The barmaid then missed my order by one addition, I specifically asked her to add mushrooms and mayo and there were no mushrooms present or a charge for them but the rest of the Smoke and Pepper burger turned out great with an emphasis on how accurately the cook hit the medium with the beef. So great service from the kitchen but the floor, eh .. not so well.

This location is becoming one of my favorite places to go. The food has been fantastic the couple times I’ve been. The service has been excellent as well. I took my mother and family out for her birthday and the entire experience was phenomenal. I even went out of my way to let the manager on duty know that they made her birthday lunch enjoyable for everyone. I am a good tipper, but I’m a stickler about my drink being filled, they do a great job with making sure you don’t run out.

Normally when we come here it’s outstanding, but not tonight. We were sat at the high top tables and asked to move due the the lights shining very brightly. They brought out a basket of fries that had maybe 7 in there. Once we got our food we asked for condiments and napkins. They never brought those out. Food was warm, not hot and bread was mushy. Asked the waitress for napkins and was finally brought some. Couldn’t finish the food due to not being good. Paid and left.

Went with my toddler and the waiter was very patient. Multiple people checked on us to make sure our food was good and we were doing okay. The bottomless fries were amazing! I’m usually not a fan of steak cut fries but theirs was extremely tasty, especially with the Campfire Mayo. The fried pickles were a little greasier than I expected and the burger could’ve used a little more lettuce. Those are my only complaints. Otherwise it was an all around great experience.

We walked in and were seated right away. We came at a good time and it was fairly quiet. The television was playing sports highlights, and the server was super friendly. We ordered boneless wings as an appitizer and ordered a couple of drinks. I recommend it. I also ordered the queso burger, which was great and unlimited Caesar salad. It was a restaurant I will definitely come back to and had a good time. I’ll be back!

Manager on duty Katie was incredibly disrespectful on the phone. I ordered food and my drink arrived 2/3 full because i requested light ice. She informed me “she knows what light ice means” in a super rude tone and continued her bad attitude throughout the call. one of the worst customer service calls ive ever had. Unreal. If you mess up someones food youre obligated to make it right. If you act like that, then people are going to speak up about it. So Enjoy Your One Star. Maybe next time you’ll have some candor on the phone.

It’s been awhile since we ate at a Red Robbin. The food was good, but average. The fries, both regular and sweet potato, seem to have gotten smaller. The actual fries, not the portion size. Fries are still bottomless, so it’s just more of a visual change. The service was prompt and friendly. The burgers were good and all orders were correct. It’s a good family spot. Like most chain restaurants, they have a kids’ menu and things to entertain them. A member of our party had salmon with broccoli and Mac and cheese. The broccoli looked vibrant and fresh. The Mac was creamy. Red Robbin is a dependable favorite.
