The positive things from our visit – great service from Rocshell and my grandkids enjoy the place. However it lives up to my nickname of Red Ripoff. The mojito I was served was lacking any flavor—they did switch it out. I should know better to order fish at a hamburger place. What was billed as blackened salmon was lacking any spices. The broccoli was served cold. My wife asked for the garlic mayo on the side. Was billed 99 cents for what had been free. Won’t be back.

Everything was just fine. We started with fried pickles, they were good, did not like the campfire mayo that it comes with. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it had a lot of mayo, but was edible. We also got the boneless wings, they were good. Bbq sauce on them was pretty good. You can’t expect much more from wings. Drinkwise, I got a freckled lemonade- very good. Long island- it was okay.
We sat by the door so it was cold. Service was quick as it could be for a Saturday night. May come back if nothing else works out.

I normally do not write reviews, but in this instance I have to. Last Night my family and myself 3Kids and 2 adults went to your restaurant, you were extremely busy so it took about 10 minutes to be seated but not bad, once we were seated we were greeted by our server AMANDA, I have been in the customer service industry for almost 25 years and I tell you what, she was one of the best servers I have had since moving out to the Rockford area. Always had a smile we were joking around, her attention to detail even with having multiple tables over 5 people and to find out she was on a DBL shift and still had an amazing personality and attitude She needs to become a trainer for your establishment, because you dont find many workers like that “Ive Tried” I was absolutely impressed. And if on a whim she sees this Very well done you definitely deserve a raise. Ps MERICA lol so you remember who we are Lol

Rocshell was a rockstar tonight! The restaurant was packed, she was busy but stopped by our table as we were seated and said she’d be with us shortly and would send us ‘welcome fries’ while we waited. She was quick to take our orders, got us refills when we needed them without asking, and was doing the same for the other guests. Despite being super busy she was very calm and friendly. She definitely deserves to be recognized!

I have been coming here for years and after ordering the bacon n blue burger on 2/6/26 I will not be coming back. I have been holding out on this place as I have watched it go down in quality but my last experience is the final straw. The food sucks, burger was overdone, possessed very little toppings, and the portions were smaller. However, they still raise the prices, mcdonalds 1/4 pounder is better now. They also removed the blue ribbon burger. I have been faithful for years, but it’s time to move on.

Service is always good, people have always been kind at this place.

Normally I have no issues here, but today was awful. I put in an online order for pickup at 11:04am. Got a notification it would be ready for 11:14am. I ended up getting hung up at work and couldn’t get there until 11:30am. Ok, that’s fine, but then the hostess tells me my order isn’t ready but will be soon due to a large catering order…ok. So I wait…for 20 extra minutes! The hostess brings me my order and gives a half hearted sorry for the wait. It took almost an hour from the time I ordered to when the hostess handed the food to me. I now missed my lunch and was late getting back because you can’t manage your time to get orders and catering orders done. Then on top of that my food is COLD! The fries are undercooked. The wrap is cold AND they skimped on the wraps fillings. This is ridiculous and I feel for the other three people who were still there waiting when I left. I did reach out to the customer feedback and filed a complaint. Someone messed up here and the customers suffered because of it. I’ll have to think hard about whether I come back or not.

Absolutely Ridiculous
I have been going to this location periodically for over 14 years… they have never given me bad service or distasteful food. Every time has been pleasant and delicious. We’ve created many memories here, too! Thank you for being a top restaurant with quality service and food. We KNOW we can always count on you for a good time and happy bellies.

I came to this location because I was in the area and was really craving their fries. Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly hostess who then asked me my preference on seating. I was by myself, so I finally had the pleasure of sitting in one of those cute tiny booths. By the time I was about to review the menu, my server Evelyn comes by; she proceeded to ask me if I’d like to order a beverage to start, I told her I was ready with my full order (mind you, I had already been thinking about what I wanted before I got here). I ordered the Banzai burger, a little pink, cut in half, with fries and poppy seed honey mustard. I also got the freckled lemonade and a side salad.

After she left to put my order in, my drink had arrived, and another employee had a basket of fries to sample some sauces with. Then my salad came. I was about halfway through, and my meal came. THIS WAS THE FASTEST IVE EVER BEEN SERVED
They both educated me on the rew Robin’s rewards, and I was able to sign up right at the table. I was checked on plenty of times, and the service was outstanding.

I look forward to dining with this particular location again, as I can not see how this service could be matched!

We waited for ever for food as I watched our burgers under the lights for 15 min as the waitress said they were waiting for fries. Got the food all of it was cold. Sent it back and had to wait again. The next food was piping hot. It was not the waitress’s fault. Just a not a great day and the bill was close to 100.00 for 4. Disappointing. We’ve been there before where there’s a big guy managing and he’s on top of things!
