Was really looking forward to having 5 guys after work told my family I was getting them 5 guys they were really looking forward to it but when I went it to place an order. The cashier told me their ticket time was really high and she recommends not placing an order. I felt that if I place an order they wouldn’t put the care I expect into it so I left. Not a great business practice.

If not one of my favorite burger restaurants in lakeland!!. The service is always up to par, the employees are always very nice and food is ready quick!!.
Any burger you get whether it’s a single,double or triple is worth the price!!! Now the prices may be a bit high..but I promise you it’s worth it!! There fries are always fresh and the quality and quantity amount you can’t go wrong with!!

Honestly gross. The food was good but the place was a MESS. Dirty kitchen floor, dining area, and bathroom. There were multiple employees working and everyone was ignoring the mess. There were dirty gloves laying on the kitchen floor and even the walkway outside was greasy. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant

We ordered 2 cheese dogs with different toppings. It was ok. We had been at this franchise at different states and had better. Waiting time was 15 min and we don’t know if it is ok for Florida. Staff was very very polite.

My husband and I love 5 guys and we come to this location often. The staff is always friendly, and the food is always amazing! Our recent visit was to use up a couple of gift cards. When I was checking out, the gift cards didn’t seem to work. Then the manager tried to fix the problem but was still having issues. In the end, the manager saved the day! I just wanted to say thank you to the manager and your entire staff, for making this our “go to” location for your friendly service, great burgers, fries and occasional shakes!!

I always love eating here. I enjoy making drawings with the crayons and index cards they leave out and putting them on the bulletin boards while I wait for my food to be ready. It might be aimed at kids, but it’s really fun and helps pass the time! Plus, the food is always amazing.

In town visiting, we went to five guys because we knew it would be great food and great service and really good fries. We were not disappointed. It has gotten very expensive, my double bacon burger with All of the free toppings and small fries, no drink cost $21!

This is the place for a good burger and fries.One of the best in North Lakeland. It is expensive, over $22 for Double Bacon Cheeseburger, little natural cut fries,Reg. Drink. but you get what you pay for. The fries overfloweth ! They do a good job cooking your order and making it right. Food is great !
