I absolutely love it here! They are always prompt with greeting, seating, and placing orders. I have been here several times and I really cannot complain. The staff is always friendly and great! I love that they have the feature to pay right at the table at your own convenience. It’s always a pleasure when I come here and I expect nothing less. Especially because they always uphold their end of the bargain.

So moving that a local restaurant would take the time to set up a memorial to the 13 who were killed and the injured in Afghanistan. That’s a 5++++ in my book!
Usually restaurants have a star item, but here everything we tasted was delicious from the perfectly cooked burgers to the steak fries to the amazing drinks. A huge standout was the Raspberry Cream Soda that served as eye candy with whipped cream on top.
As with all restaurants, seating was slow as there was only ONE food server when we arrived. But soon a second showed up and by then the ordering and food arrival were quick.
Red Robin serves amazing gourmet burgers plus AMAZING everything else too!

A better Red Robin than others I’ve been to in the past! The place was clean and the food was really good. Our waitress was friendly! The only problem was it took forever for our food to come out, and apparently the bar kept taking my mom’s order of fries. I’m not sure what the hold up was, maybe they’re understaffed, but despite that it was still a good experience!

Visited with a couple of friends and my experience was great! Everything was brought out in a timely manner, asked if we wanted refills and made sure we had all of our utensils, napkins, and condiments. We arrived 2 hours before closing.

Decent place to have burgers. Went there during the week day at night, more than half of the restaurant was empty. Yet we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Upon asking I was told they dont have enough staff. Ordered Royal Red Robin burger with garlic fries. It tasted good. Overall its an okay place with decent food with subpar service and over worked staff.

I see the menu has been reduced some. Some of our favorite item r gone.
Getting the madlove burger w yukon chips today. It was delicious. Jan 2024 I’m sorry to see the reduced menu. We tried the brussel sprouts, they wete really good. Still great tasting food. We did have beverage snafu. The manager quickly corrected the situation.

I normally love this restaurant. I arrived mid afternoon and the place was empty. No one came to table for 15 minutes. Ordered food and drink when waitress arrived. She was pleasant. Had to get up and request a fork and napkin.
I tried the vegetarian quinoa burger. It was good. The fries were delicious. I would order the plant based burger again, but would elimate the cheese and aoli sauce. Burger had good flavor that didn’t need the other stuff.
Normally, this place has excellent service. This visit it was less than satisfactory.

The was maybe six tables with others at the same time a us. We enjoyed our meal over some cocktails, and almost had the place to ourselves with two of your granddaughters. Our meal was great, the cocktail did not WoW me. They did not have Southern Comfort! Mmm
I did appreciate the service . . . once we got seated. Times are tough keeping a staff.

Unlimited fries. My children love this place. I avoid going only because I leave here to full to do anything. They have good service and great hamburger selection. Kids menu has bottomless Mac and cheese, which is my son favorite.

Let me start by saying that I love their burgers. While living in Warrenville, I used to order from them at least twice a week. Since I moved to Bolingbrook, I have ordered several times from this location. In those ordering, only once I got my order right. Every other time, they messed it up. First, instead of sending plain kids burger, we got regular cheeseburger with all topings in. My nephew was left hungry. Then, two times I ordered – Add avocado, but I got mashed avocado instead, which is pretty hot, and I am breastfeeding. I called, furious, spoke to the manager who was very understanding and offered to bring another burger herself. Now, today, the burger I got is completely undercooked. It is fully red and raw inside, and as mentioned above, I am breastfeeding, so I can’t have any raw meat. Not that anyone should eat burger looking like that. After this today, I am done with Red Robin, at least until you hire people who know how to read customer orders or someone who knows how to cook. This is pretty sad, honestly, since they have one of the best burgers I have tried
