This place is the same as any other franchise restaurant. When we first arrived and this was the first red flag about the place. There was no hostess. We waited around for like about 5 minutes for someone to actually seat us. And the thing is they were not busy at all maybe 3 or 4 other tables inside. A few servers saw us but ignored us. After we were seated the waitress told us about joining their reward program and we would get a free appetizer. At the end of the meal she still charged us for it. Also im not sure why but I ordered a root beer float and they put ice in it. The endless fries were soggy. We had to let the manager know because it was hard getting our servers attention. The only person actually being attentive was the manager.

This place is always a good place for lunch or dinner. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere. The management is good too! Any complaints are immediately taken care of. It is 30 minutes away from me, but it is my go-to for any celebration or just a good meal. By the way, the Avo-Cobo salad and the whiskey River barbecue chicken wrap are amazing!

Haven’t been to this restaurant in years and happy to say they are still amazing. The bottomless fries are always good but I do watch how many I eat. Katie was our server and she was outstanding. Very professional and very attentive. Hats off to her and hopefully they see this review and give her some kind of recognition. Food was delicious. 2 of us had chicken and the other had a burger. Food came out perfect and tastes as good as it sounded. Oh the onion rings were nice and crispy too. The hosts job performance was excellent too. Don’t catch his name but very knowledgeable and friendly. What stood out for me was how they how they had random works of art on parts of the ceiling. Love the atmosphere! Outstanding overall experience and would recommend it for all.

My wife and I chose Red Robin in Gurnee, IL for our Valentine’s Day date. Unfortunately, when we walked in, three employees were standing together talking and we were not greeted. First impressions matter.
Although we were seated quickly and our waitress was attentive, we later discovered we were charged for an item we never ordered or received. We also did not receive a receipt from the table kiosk, which delayed us catching the mistake.
The manager did correct the charge once it was brought to their attention, and we appreciate that. However, guests should double-check their bill to ensure accuracy before leaving the restaurant.

Our waitress Madsyn was beyond great! She was attentive even when she had other customers. She made us laugh and had patience. The food and atmosphere was great. The assistant manager came and spoke to us as well. If I didn’t live in Louisiana this location would be my regular. I haven’t had this type of service in a long time. Thanks again Madsyn!! Give her a raise.

I recently dined at Red Robin and I had a great experience thanks to our server Dania. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She checked in often without being intrusive, kept our drinks full and made sure our food came out just the way we wanted it. Her positive attitude really made the meal enjoyable. Excellent service she definitely deserves recognition!

I am quite disappointed with RR as of recently. I felt like I was very kind when I asked for extra napkins. Didn’t get them until I asked specifically and had the waitresses eyeballs staring directly into mine. Took forever to get out drinks. Let me tell you- it was a Thursday- not very busy. What takes 10 minutes to get drinks? Son got wrong drink. Took another 5 minutes to get the correct drink- which was sprite. Finally got to order- then food comes after an eternity of waiting. IT CAME OUT BARELY WARM. (Mine was delicious and I didnt even care it was barely warm. I was so hungry, my kids were tired of all the long waits. My FIL was at his wits end bc they were dragging out everything!!) They made my kid a single burger- instead of the double like he had asked. Same kid- that got the wrong drink. Poor kid. Lol

Wonderful restuarant! As we entered we were greeted by a nice friendly gentleman. Our waitress was very informative about the menu and was very attentive. She brought the refills before we even had to ask. The food was perfect and loved the bottomless sides and drinks! We will be back again soon. My new favorite place to dine at!

This is one of our favorite restaurants as a family to go to. I love that they offered us a device to hold our daughter’s car seat right away and love they have changing tables in the bathrooms (in both men and women’s), not all places have this. Our server, Alexis was amazing and so kind to us the entire time. The assistant manager made an effort to ensure our meals were delicious and overall, was a wonderful experience!
