Great location right off 94 in eau claire, and the burgers were cooked perfectly. Nice atmosphere with quick and courteous service. Best fast food burger place in my opinion and they are few and far between, so I always try to stop at one on the road when I see them, and this location did not disappoint. thank you!

Server was quick and efficient. Mixed drinks were alright nothing too special tasting and food was delicious. Pretzel bites were really crispy though. Could have been softer, but overall good service.

The staff was nice and very busy. The restaurant was very dirty. The floors were super sticky. Bathrooms disgusting. Many things we tried to order were “out.” It needs serious upgrades. Used to be a nice, clean and decently priced place to go.

Slow service in general, unclear information from waiter on what beer was actually available. Didn’t get the correct burger. Husband enjoyed his salad despite the fact it came without dressing. They were prompt in correcting that issue. I have had better experiences at other Red Robbins in other states

Our server was very polite and efficient. I haven’t been to a Red Robin in years; I used to love coming here. I still like their fries, and I recommend their Campfire sauce. My mom and I had lunch here. The burger was meh. I was mostly disappointed that the inside of the restaurant seemed uncleaned for a while. Blinds broken/disheveled, tiles had old food stuck to them, the carpeting in the main seating area wasn’t vacuumed from what appeared to be the previous day’s mess, and the 2 garbage cans out front were completely overflowing. I haven’t been ‘dining in’ much since the pandemic shut that option down for a while; IMO after dining in here, I see more benefit to just doing takeout in the future.
