Overall a good Red Robin. The staff is very friendly, happy and helpful. The food is pretty standard and overall great for the price. Lots of options for appetizers, hamburgers and sides. We got fried fish here one time and I would not recommend that but everything else I’ve had has been good. Their shakes look amazing but I haven’t had one yet.
I really like their bottomless fries. Slightly crispy on the outside with a nice mashed potato texture on the inside. Their seasoning salt is also delicious.

My son has been wanting to come here every year for his birthday! This is his 14th year. First time here and could be the last. The bottomless fries were extra slow, but that could have been a server issue . Our waitress was uninterested. Glad she didn’t ruin his birthday

We tried the “Choose Any Three” appetizer combo—pretzel bites, mozzarella twists, and onion rings. It was delicious. I got the Jalapeño Heat Wave Burger, and my husband had the Santa Fe Salmon. The burger was good, but the salmon could have been more seasoned. We also enjoyed the bottomless mocktails. Since it was Valentine’s Day, the server was quite busy; however, the manager came out to check on us. Overall, it’s a nice place to hang out with family and friends for some good food.

First time eating at this location. Table for 3. We ordered pretzel bites with bacon beer cheese as an appetizer. The sauce was flavorful but the bites were a little over cooked. For the entrees we ordered the fajitas, BBQ grilled chicken sandwich and teriyaki chicken wrap with fries. The fajitas were really good and my chicken sandwich was made correctly. Overall good food and good experience. The ambience was nice as well.

We had our staff Christmas celebration, and Red Robin staff were wonderful! They saved us (no reservation policy) a table for our whole staff, out of the way, brought appetizers and soft drinks regularly, and were incredibly patient with all our dietary issues, explaining ingredients and procedures so all could enjoy our evening safely!

Very comfortable environment it gives jetsons vibes to me and it’s unique. Kids get free balloons which they love and you don’t find many places that treat children like they also matter. It doesn’t feel like they just want your money they aim to please.

The group I was with called the day before and requested a section for 23 ppl. Turned out we had 27. When the first person got there, there was a request to have waters ready for everyone. Problem #1) that did not happen. Problem #2) when the waters were finally brought, there were lemon wedges in all the glasses. Not taking into consideration someone may have a citrus allergy. When the server was asked if he could bring waters with no lemons, he said, “you can just pull the lemon out of the glass yourself”.
Problem #3) there was ONLY 1 server working a party of 27 people. Do you know how long it takes for 1 server to take 27 orders? Way too long. Again, the restaurant was notified the day before, prepare ahead of time for more servers. Problem #4) by the time the food got passed out, it was no longer hot. He might have had 2 other server help him bring the food out but they didn’t bother to help serve the guests. There SHOULD have been 2 or 3 servers working a party of 27. Problem #5) after 1 and a half hour later of the server taking the meal orders, there was still a guest who had not even gotten his food.
Problem #6) this whole time the manager NEVER came to see how everyone was doing or how their meals were during service. Which means they either didn’t care or there was no management there. There definitely was not team work involved.
