When you are wanting burgers, Red Robin is a good choice. As I am cutting carbs, I was very happy with my lettuce substitute for the bun. The fries are hot and seasoned well. The service was good.

Went for a lunch date and the only good thing about eating here today was the fries and the guy who brought out our food(not our server) had to ask for refills and the store needs a thorough dusting! While eating dust bunnies kept flying around!

I hadn’t been to this Red Robin for a while. The restaurant was dirty. The table was dirty. The dividing glass between the sections was dirty. I tried not to look at the dirty dividing glass while I was eating but, it was right in front of me. The machine you use to make your payment at the table was so disgusting I had her wipe it off before I used it. The food was good but, the fries were not as hot as I’d like. I used to love to come here, not anymore.

So they dropped my daughters sandwich on the floor and had to cook it again, but they held back the rest of the tables food which caused all of our food to be cold except my daughters. The wait time was not desirable as the waitress had a party of 10 she was serving as well. Normally love this place but this time I was very disappointed. The Mgr walked by to ask us how the food was and before we could even speak 1 word he just kept on moving by…. don’t even waste the time if you genuinely don’t have it or don’t care.

We visit this restaurant/location at least once a month. Food quality is consistently great, and if there is a problem, they fix it when it’s addressed. Service by Emma was great, though at times a little slow with refills, but I believe that she was the only waitress, or perhaps there were two, and that wasn’t enough for the number of patrons, which is no fault of Emma’s. When we told her our daughter loves the freckled lemonades, she bought her two at one time! Deducted one star for atmosphere because we were seated right next to another full table, and then the table on the other side of us was seated. They had one dining section closed, and half of our dining area empty, but we’re filling every table in our area! Felt unnecessarily crowded and we could hear conversations at nearby tables. Seemed unnecessary at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Monday.

Party of 3 and we were sat at a table for 10 minutes and no one came to see us-no drink order/anything. We then moved ourselves into the bar area and the one bartender was very attentive and got our order in quickly.

I NEVER want to set foot in this Red Robin again. I have posted at least 2 previous bad reviews on this restaurant. This will be my last. Please look at the photo with the curly hair that came out of the BLTA croissant I ordered. This curly hair when uncurled was at least 8 inches long. The waiter took my plate after I explained the situation only to return with another. I didn’t ask for it. And I then made it clear that I wasn’t interested in anything they had to serve me. Excuse me for being sooo grossed out that I was holding back the urge to vomit. The manager came out to let me know she spoke with everyone in the kitchen & gave me a gift card for a future purchase. I promptly gave it to my husband & told her that I couldn’t possibly come back there. It was the final gross straw. EAT THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
