We were not happy with this Red Robin. I want to state that we understand they were under staffed this is why we’re are ok with the long wait. Our problem was the way the food was served. One salad the cheese was melted on it with one Sandwich and fries. The other salad came out 10 mins later with a cold sandwich. Our other order just an order of fries was brought to our table after we were all done eating. For some reason we had to have the manager bring this to us. We asked 2 servers for the fries and was just told to wait for the manager. The manager was busy taking care of other issues while we waited for fries. 10 minutes later we were done with our dinner and the manager went a got the order of fries and served my son. I don’t understand why we couldn’t get the order of fries when we asked our server the first time. The manager comp’ed the fries and drinks for our troubles. I feel like the whole meal should have been comp’ed. We had cold sandwichs hot salads and bad service. We all have bad days and we were understanding customers till we were blatantly disrespected.

Where do I even begin? This place absolutely needed to be called out. The experience was bad from the moment we sat down. They stuck us in a booth right by the door, and I spent the entire meal shivering because it swung open nonstop. Not exactly the warm welcome you expect when you’re trying to enjoy dinner.
It didn’t get better from there. Our waiter couldn’t have cared less about us. There was no warmth, no attention, no effort. My salmon came out barely warm, the broccoli was tough and smothered in garlic to the point where it was almost inedible, and the sweet potato fries were ice cold. I asked for the ribs to be cut for the person I was with—nothing. I asked for a simple plain-lettuce salad and was totally ignored. When a salad finally arrived, the lettuce was brown. Brown. I asked for a fresh one, and instead of fixing it quickly, I just sat there waiting again, only to be told the dressing “couldn’t be brought out yet.”
Meanwhile, we’re choking down our meals because nothing was right, and not once—not once—did anyone come by to ask if we needed refills until we were already almost done. I even had to go figure out where my own root beer float was because it never showed up.
From the freezing booth to the ignored requests to the cold food and lack of service, the entire experience was just flat-out awful from start to finish. This wasn’t a bad moment—it was a whole pattern of not caring.

Best catering experience EVER! If you are looking to cater an event- look no further! Jeremy did an AMAZING job – he came out and triple checked everything that I ordered for my event to sure that nothing was missing- everything was packed securely and they didn’t miss a beat! I have catered probably hundreds of events and this was the first time that someone actually took the time to ensure everything was perfect! The group that received the lunch was BLOWN AWAY! So much food- tons of complements! Do yourself a favor and just use them- it’s a little bit more than some other catering options but the food and attention to detail are 100% worth it. Thank you Jeremy- for reminding me that people actually do care about providing excellent service! You and your team rock!

MUCH MUCH improved from the last time I was there. The place was cleaner by far… including the restrooms! Much better experience all around. Food was unbelievable!!! It was to our table FAST!! It was there in literally seconds after our order was put in to the kitchen. So fast in fact when it came out, I honestly thought we were being served someone else’s meals! But it was NOT ONLY ours… it was fresh, hot and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT!!! I’m telling you… if you have been there before and have been disappointed or even angry at the food, service or whatever… give them another chance. This was the Red Robin that used to be there. The fries were hot and crisp! EVERY BASKET OF FRIES. PERFECT! The icing on the cake was our server, Yvonne. Yvonne was FANTASTIC! Couldn’t have been nicer. On a scale of 1 to 100… honestly, 95. And the one problem: they needed to throw down some more salt outside on the snow and ice covered walk ways. Other than that. Near perfect. Great job Red Robin! We had all but decided we were never coming back. But we’ll be back. Please keep up the good work.

Very good staff. Food was delicious. Had the salmon and it was marinated and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the garlic fries. TVs are everywhere if you want to catch a game with your meal.

We went there as a group of 4, but became a group of 7 due to meeting up with family. Food was very good and staff was very kind. Near the end the manager even came up to us to make sure the food was okay!! Though, I’m sorry to the staff since we were there for so long; we hadn’t seen each other in a bit and wanted to catch up. Anyways though, staff was nice, food was good, and overall service and atmosphere were very nice.

Lunch time almost empty and fries only half filled and yet full price meal. You have to make an effort to stay in business folks. I felt no real effort. Bartender long hair not tied back. Kitchen team food was good but known for fries should give correct amount or close for good.

One of the worst food establishments in the Mason / Fields Ertel area. Had to wait on a table even though the restaurant was 1/2 empty (being generous). When we arrived at the table some guests at my table smelled to be what was urine. Upon further inspection under the table it had looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Made myself worried as to what could be in the kitchen.
Server was Brandi, single handedly the worst server I have ever experienced. She could not remember orders for our table even though she wrote them down. Even after asking me twice before leaving the table she came back five minutes later to clarify again what I specifically ordered. Once the 25 minute wait for food was up my order came out wrong. Did not want to wait another 25 minutes so I sacked up and ate the sandwich. Our server had no care and no hospitality. All she cared about was getting that smoke break. Had to wait on our check to leave after she said she was going to be right back (10 minutes later) and she reeked of cigarette smoke.
After leaving there a few hours later stomach aches and pains after eating. I am surprised this establishment is still open this was not my first time eating here but it will be my last.
Stay clear and go somewhere else.
