I liked the food, it was delicious, but the person who served us, Melani, was horrible. She threw the menus at us and mentioned that she didn’t speak or understand Spanish in a derogatory manner. After all, we deserve to be treated with respect. I’ll give them 5 stars next time if they improve their customer service. It’s worth noting that we were a table of 7 people.

Wonderful service from Cindy! We live 30 mins away from this location but we will definitely be back with such wonderful fast service. Not all Olive Gardens are equal to other Oilve Gardens and this one is a top notch location. Thank You Cindy for making daughter date night so wonderful!!!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I had a wonderful server. While the experience was pleasant the food quality was different from what I remember years past. This would be the only reason I would not return. It wasn’t an issue with this location specifically but more so a chain wide opportunity to revisit the menu and elevate the quality again.

The staff was friendly and the food came out in a timely manner. The strawberry Bellini was pretty good but could have been a bit sweeter for my taste. The shrimp scampi was great and so was the salad dressing.

I truly appreciated the quality of the food. It was served hot and freshly prepared. Due to a shortage, breadsticks were unavailable, necessitating a brief wait. Our main dishes were served prior to the breadsticks. The staff demonstrated friendliness throughout our experience.

We’ve been helped by her a few times now and every single time, her positive attitude leaves us smiling. Took over a hour to get one margarita. Took 45 minutes to close our tab. Definitely have to do better than that. The excuse that yall are busy is not the customers problem. Hire more people or train your managers manage and lead.

This is my 3rd time at this location. Every time I’ve come in management sits us down immediately without any consideration for who’s going to serve us. So we end up sitting for upwards up 15 minutes until our server is able to come. Today our server was obviously not in it fully so she made many mistakes in the few minutes we were there before we decided to leave. Everything we asked for (ex. Straws/ketchup/sugar) her response was “one sec”. Maybe the first or second time we ask cool but every single time isn’t cool. But it’s hard to place all blame on her when there are at least 15 other people on staff just standing around talking. On top of 2-3 managers just chatting up front not offering to help the struggling servers or any of the customers. Instead they just stand there and tell you to have a great day.
If you’re looking for a regular dining experience not filled with stress I would recommend going across the street to BWW like we did.
